The location is a typical seaside resort and everything in short walking distance. Everyone had a good time. There were one or two slight problems at the address but, on reporting, we spoke with a polite and friendly staff member who dealt with what could be resolved on the same day. There was nothing that spoiled our enjoyment. The hot tub was lovely and good fun for all. The kitchen has all mod cons and is spacious so easy to work in. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and the beds comfortable.

Everything was good enough but the decor could use a little attention. The showers were not well set, so the water does not drain properly, but they are usable. Two bedrooms have no windows to open but the light comes in through glass doors which lead nowhere and cannot be opened because they are on the first and second floors - not quite what we expected. We also had problems with a couple of the tvs but do not spend much time watching anyway.

Excellent location for the train station and local restaurants. Parking was very convenient and off road.

Total fire trap!!! Two of the bedrooms did not have windows but very oddly double glazed front doors that led into thin air and were locked. Third bedroom had a window that did not open. As a result three of the bedrooms had no means of escape if there was a fire and no means of ventilating the rooms. We are sure this accommodation does not meet basic fire regulations. AVOID!!!!
