I liked the location and the design of the room

The light in the bathroom constantly turned off while in the shower. Also a miniature fridge would have been fantastic to store water and such since it’s so hot in the summer.

Nice spacious room which was clean and tidy

We had a room at the front where there was a very noisy road with cars and people. I had difficulty using the payment link and when I contacted customer services for help the operator was very rude, aggressive and unhelpful.

Great location. Very clean. Lovely hot shower. Easy access.

Divan base very creaky and could feel springs poking in hips so bed could do with replacing. On ground floor so couldn’t open window at night due to shared access to garden. Needs mirror in bedroom. Every time people above went to the bathroom in the night we could hear everything and sounds like water was rushing into the room when loo flushed. Hard floor means the sound travels downstairs.

Great room, opened onto the garden. Shower was great,large and plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable, but noising when moving in bed.The location was excellent. Really good restaurants either side and across the road. Walking distance to the castle and cathedral.

Noise is a problem if you have a noisy neighbour upstairs as we did, stamping around all night. Hanging space and access to an iron would have been nice.

Excellent facilities overall. Easy access, and secure. Lovely private courtyard with table and chairs, direct access.

Lack of ventilation. Bathroom door was spring autoshut, and very annoying as only opening window was in bathroom.

Didn't spoil our trip as we sat in garden late at night and for breakfast in morning but garden needs TLC...weeding, cutting back and replanting A small fridge would be handy to put milk and alcohol in too.

Overall I rated the room 100% better than a 3/4 star hotel and would love to come back again. The room was very spacious, clean, had a huge bathroom, all basic necessities and it was naturally warm (even without a heater). Undoubtedly the location to all the tourist attractions was just awesome with everything in a few mins walking distance including a Tesco express which was just 100meters away. Night club is just 10 steps away and the roads are very safe throughout the night as well.

Frankly the below are just tiny bits of suggestions and I can't complain about anything considering it was a wonderful stay. Your spring beds aren't that comfy so please add a mattress topper as the spring were hurting me a lot (i weigh 85kg). The wash basin (sink) had a shelf over it which made the brushing experience really bad as one cannot bend down to reach the tap (please remove it). It would be nice to have 2 chairs in the room considering it's a couple room. Please check as your toilet flush just doesn't work and definitely needs maintenance, we struggled flushing throughout the stay. Your ad says room cleaning would be daily but no one visited our room (2 nights stay).

spacious, clean and very well equipped. Quiet at night but nicely located near the High Street. Check in details easy to follow. We had an issue with the room on arrival but this was resolved quickly and professionally by the property management team.

It could have been user error on our behalf but was unable to get the heating to work.
