Great pool and gym. Very comfortable rooms, washing machine and airer. everything required to cook a basic meal.

As a tourist here for rather than on business, it is too far from the main attractions and restaurants, meaning tuk tuks for 20 minutes for dinner etc.

Nice apartments and the location is perfect. The best place to stay in Phnom Penh for both long and short stays. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful

The water didn't go directly to the drain as the tiles are flat but this is really the only - point

Staff was extremely considerate and helpful. The apartment was spacious and spotless. The rooftop pool is perfect for watching sunrises, sunsets and for cooling down in the midday heat. The pool area provided towels and free drinking water. All amenities were thoughtfully provided including kitchen cooking utensils and dinnerware, towels, wifi, washer, drying rack, comfortable big bed, clean bathroom with hot water, and plenty of storage space for our things. The location is close to markets and right across the street there is a MasterChef restaurant with delicious food.

+ Very spacious apartment + All the mod cons inc a washing machine and Ironing Board + Supermarket 200m from apartment to grab some beer etc + Loads of coffee shops nearby (D'August was a good one) and also a large range of restaurants + The rooftop pool, spa and gym were amazing to kick of the day or have a relaxing evening + I left my phone in a Tuk tuk and realised 5 mins after and the staff were so helpful with trying to help me get it back!

_-This is not in the centre of town but is in a local area which has loads of restaurants(some very high end), a market, loads of coffee shops etc), it would be good if they provided a map of some of the local recommendations.

They should prepare for the slipper in every room so that it will be convenient for the customers.

location is a bit in the middle of nowhere. Some bar/foodoption on premise would be nice, at least a drink by the pool.

The receptionists were all very helpful when I needed smaller change and to arrange for an airport transfer. A local market was 5 mins walk away and there were lots of food and drink options around. The kitchen was equipped with plates and cutlery.

The service of the hotel is great! Front desk service is excellent! Security guards provide excellent service to guests. All staff are excellent.

The sockets in the room are located at a low level, because I am staying with a child, and I am worried that the child's hands will touch the socket.

Argument on check out over stain on sheet. It was a tiny speck of blood from a mosquito bite sustained at the property! They wanted to charge extra cleaning...

excellent facilities with the roof and pool, wonderful views and sunsets. super comfortable bed and wonderful room, daily housekeeping and all the small details really contributed to the overall zen vibe at the place, staff super friendly too. cooking facilitates were also great. excellent stay cation here. the sauna and gym were excellent used them everyday and the views from the room to the roof were beautiful

the only two minor things , shower didn’t stay hot for longer than a few minutes and the plastic tubing made to separate the wet shower wasn’t sealed so water leaked around all areas and didn’t dry properly so slippy

loved the amenities. steam room, sauna room, great gym. pool. housecleaning was great and the front desk was so friendly and helpful. there was even a washing machine out on the porch.

wish there were lamps in the room. pillows were a little big. had to take a tuk tuk to the different sights but there was still plenty of places to eat nearby.

the room was amazing, the rooftop pool, gym and steam room/sauna was modern and luxury. comfortable bed. the facilities are good, it was the staff that has put my rating down.

•when checking out the receptionist made the cleaner check our room which we understood, it took 10 minutes for them to “check” our taxi was outside so she called the cleaner down, cleaner came down with a small hand towel and said we had to pay £5 (bare in mind a 20 minute taxi cost us £1) said there was a stain on towel. when we looked there was nothing. (felt like they went looking for something to make money) the receptionist was rude dealing with this and the cleaner stood there smug looking at us. had no choice to pay as we had to leave for airport and running late due to them making us wait. would of loved to stay again until the staff was like this. such a shame as it has so much potential to be the best stay in Cambodia. if you do stay just be aware of this when checking out. we have been travelling all over Asia and first time this has happened. the man/security outside was nothing but friendly! such a shame about the indoor staff (the cleaner and the female receptionist) couldn’t learn to be as friendly as him.

Quieter area, nice rooms, nice view, awesome pool & very friendly stuff! Just perfect!
