To be honest the only good thing about this hotel, is that they have a parking.
You don't have choices, menu is very limited. And the food they serve is bad.

The staff was pleasant and helpful
The main reason for our booking was swimming pool, unfortunately this was shut. The description of SPA hotel on booking.com was a misnomer. Aldo the hotel was away from city centre, shopping and airport with no real facilities apart from low rated cafe’s and restaurants. The main positives were the pleasant staff and the hotel was clean but I will not book there again.

The rooms are a good size at the hotel, and the staff are very hospitable and welcoming. This is a small new boutique hotel, but really the ambiance is lovely and the staff are trying hard to provide a good atmosphere. It is clean and in a central location near cafes and a mosque. The hotel is very good value for money. Thank you for everything!
Very small point is that the water temperature of the outdoor pool was cold. I'm looking forward to when the gym is open too.

We booked the hotel because we were looking for a SPA. We are disappointed that an hotel with the word SPA in the name was actually not having any SPA

very helpful and friendly staff. the hotel ist? very clean and nice. it was comfortable and we will come again.
at night it was very loud. loud talking during the night in the hallway after midnight. that was not so nice.

The room was always clean and fresh and both the bed and pillow ware really comfy. All staff and the owner of the Hotel were really friendly and helped us to extend our stay without having to change the room. They helped us with directions and where to visit in the city. The breakfast buffé was really good since we could choose between different types of stuff.

Excellent staff that was extraordinary friendly, helpful and sympathetic, but not in the exaggerated way as the staff in typical tourist hotels, but in a very professional way and on eye level. Everything clean and in good shape; nice rooftop restaurant.
The bedsheets were of synthetic fabric I think, which I personally do not find so comfortable on the skin, and also it makes you sweat on warmer days. Pure cotton or viscose would be more comfy.
