Spacious, great location with fantastic views. Could be a fantastic lodge with a little bit of modernisation, howeverwe did know this from the pictures. .

Cleanliness had to clear a lot of dead bugs and webs off the cooker and surrounding counters and furniture.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left was fabulous. The lodge was clean, comfortable, stunning situation, everything you could want provided. Lodge situated in a fab location right on river with so much wildlife on your doorstep, literally lol. We have not enjoyed a holiday more !! A hidden gem and will definitely return.

The chalet was cosy, clean and comfortable, offering g great views of the River Spey and Cairngorm mountains. We had a perfect family holiday here.

A warm wood chalet with plenty of hot water. A quirky but very efficient and hot shower. Furnishings are tired but comfortable. Very clean. We have travelled a lot of the world and the view from the accommodation comes in at No 2 behind the Taf estuary at Laugharne and the Radisson Blue bedroom in North Malta. The view of the Cairngorm and the River Spey was superb. The site was well maintained although quiet in the week before Easter weeks. Within walking distance of Aviemore town and 10 minutes from an Italian, Indian and Fish and Chips and a great pub...the Old Bridge Inn. The Rothiemurchis area is great for walking

Beautiful view over the river.Very clean and comfortable. Within walking distance of town. Owner called on day of arrival to check we had arrived safely and all was well.

Took some time to access the key as wrong code given to us but easily ressolved with a phone call. No internet access.
