La suite est spatieuse bien équipée et donnant sur un grand balcon. Logement très bien situé. Le propriétaire nous a communiqué avec précision toutes les infos pour profiter de cette suite, échanges par messages.

Prix élevé car les PDJ et le parking sont à rajouter.

Absolutely everything! Room was new, nice and clean. Excellent location in a walking distance from everything you need.

Position is great: right at the beginning of Ocean Drive with lots of restaurants and bars really close and the beach literally at a three minute walk. The apartment is nice, although from the description and the pictures you would expect something more "luxurious". The amenities are nice and reasonably well maintained, but not perfect nor super. Some maintenance work would help (e.g. a missing glass door in the restroom, the loose flush knob). The terrace and the rooftop are very enjoyable though. Also, the apartment is very clean Frost (the host) is super nice and responsive

Kitchenette does not include any cooker (only a microwave). Not that you need it, but I would have assumed that a kitchenette would include some sort of cooking facility. It also missed glasses for water and cups, but that was just a misunderstanding with Frost. Maybe a bit pricey overall

Wunderschön eingerichtetes Appartement, sehr komfortabel insgesamt, auch das Bett, modernes Bad und absolut tolle Lage zum Strand, zu Restaurants, Ocean Drive und Nachtleben, trotzdem nicht laut.

Zu dritt ist das Appartement etwas beengt, wenn die Schlafcouch ausgeklappt bleibt. Mit 2 Personen Belegung ist es fabelhaft und uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

The apartment couldn’t be better located. I’m walking distance to everything in SOBE. The beds are wonderful and the taking a shower feels heaven. The best part is the balcony which is huge and facing Collins avenue and Espanola way. Though the apartment’s located extremely close to bars, restaurants and SOBE happening areas you will not be disturbed by noice from the streets or surrounding bars/restaurants once you close the balcony door. The owner is super easy to get in contact with and respond promptly. We enjoyed our stay so very much and will for sure book again next time we’re in Miami Beach, Do hesitate a second - BOOK Boutique Suites You will regret it if you do not.

Everything was GREAT AND BREATHTAKING

Breakfast was not included within the stay.However,there was a restaurant connected to the hotel that could accommodate any meal of the day .

Location is perfect for experiencing all South Beach has to offer, the beach is literally a 1 minute walk using the rear Entrance of the complex. Your also right on start of Oscean Drive so there is endless choice of restaurants & bars on your door step. Apartment was very clean and had anything you would need. Rainfall shower, with great pressure was a bonus too!

Location, Location, Location! This property is only steps from the beach and centrally located in the middle of all the action. We were extremely pleased with the suite. It was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. They have beach chairs and towels and even a beach umbrella for your use. The patio was great but the winding staircase to your own personal hot tub on the roof was amazing! Beautiful views and curtains for privacy. The owner was very attentive and answered all of our questions within 5 minutes every time. You will not be disappointed with this Suite or the owner!!!

location was excellent, bed was comfortable, coffeemaker the best, could unfortunately not make use of large outdoor terrace as too windy. Large fluffy towels. Big tV screens (even though we did not use) easy lighting. Local staff to fix broken toilet was on hand immediately.

a bit of lack of amenities . Had to buy my own bar of soap toothpaste and the like. kitchenette was fine but a little cramped with two bar stools in the way . downstairs parking $50 per night, cash only ....

The location was excellent - as was walking distance to beach and the cafes along South Beach. The location also was not on the noisy section of South Beach so sleeping was never interrupted. The heated pool and hot tub a big plus. The restaurant on site was excellent. The host, Frost, was outstanding - always answered our questions within minutes and touched base with us throughout our stay. We were very pleased with this condo choice and would stay there again when in the area. Highly recommend!!

We were not able to make it!

It’s not that we didn’t showed up,we’ve called the property two days ago as we were at the hospital with our 1 year old due do sickness,he had no feelings towards that,yesterday morning we were in the Emergency room the whole morning and I’ve called the host and as well send him a picture followed my a message proving that we were not liars!I’ve asked him to be understanding as not everyone it’s a liar nor a thief,emergency situations can happen to anyone,I don’t care,it’s absolutely pathetic that we’ve ended up being charged so much money for not being able to show up,it’s ridiculous,plus we’ve asked a credit store he said he can’t do it,we’ve asked to rebook it in two weeks and we were asked for an extra 250$….it’s surreal,it’s the last time that we will use booking,I’ve never wrote a bad review even if I wasn’t satisfied,as myself I’ve worked in similar environments with people,worst experience I’ve ever had,unacceptable,we were proving that it’s was not our choice that we won’t be able to make it,no parent will leave his child home with a nanny with a fever of 105 in the past two days,sick,and go party for the love of God…..It’s absolutely pathetic!

No daily room service. No laundry facility or gym at the hotel. A one time cleaning fee is charged in addition to the price of the unit.
