The property is in an excellent location with lots of restaurants and shops. It is also close to the beach. The property is clean and tidy and the staff are helpful. I had a few issues and staff were happy to help. The cleaning staff are amazing especially Alessia - always happy and bubbly. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine there with washing detergent provided. I loved this as it meant not having to worry about running out of clothing. I really could not fault the place and would say that it was one of the best decisions I have made. A really excellent apartment in an excellent location.

The only issue I would have with the property is that it doesn’t have many plates and cutlery for example there are only 4 forks, knives, plates etc for 4 people and if you eat in a lot then you will need to wash your equipment often and if you’re cooking and used a fork to cook then you will need to wash it to then be able to use it to eat so a few spare items might make things easier. Also it says that the property is cleaned twice a week but we had to ask to ensure it was cleaned. We stayed two weeks and it was cleaned twice once on day 5 and then on day 10 both times we had to ask. It was not an issue though as when we asked it was done the next day. The cleaners are amazing and the apartments do get a thorough good clean. I also asked for boarding passes to be printed and they did this and came to our apartment to give them to us. The young girl at reception and the gentleman who spoke fluent English where particularly helpful and kind.

we accumulated a lot of rubbish and had to ask for black sacks to bring this to bins in underground Car park. apart from this everything was excellent.

Great appartments and very kind staff. All information on time, quick response if any questions. No problem with parking. Design in modern style, available all what was necessary (e.g. in kitchen).

We can be quite critical travelers. But here there was nothing to complain about, and we stayed here for one (1) month, so pretty long. Staff was excellent, helpful and friendly at all times. We were offered free sauna access at some point and were invited to a free paella meal. No/little noise from other guests (we care about that). The apartment was comfortable and had everything needed. All facilities in the apartment were modern and in good working order. Size of the apartment (we had 52 square meters) is OK, perhaps a bit small for two persons if you stay there as long as we did, but for shorter stays it is perfect. Shower was good, WiFi was good, balcony sunny and overlooked a quiet street (there is a school nearby but that was all OK). We brought our own Apple TV so we cannot judge the quality of the TV channels other than that. There was good communication on when the apartment was cleaned (we were always informed well in advance), and it was always cleaned well. Parking facilities are great. All kinds of facilities (supermarkets, restaurants, etc.) nearby. Swimming pool looked great, however we never used it because we preferred the sea instead, still possible until late November....

Everything was perfect. The location is a 5 minute walk from the station. The apartment is west facing so great for afternoon/evening sun on the balcony. It is just so modern and clean. We have already looked at dates to return.

We’ve thought hard to give feedback on what could be improved and really can’t think of anything.

Friendly staff, ability to use shared washing machines for free, early check-in, nice sound isolation between apartments, beach umbrella. Ideal for a family.

Allowance of smoking on a balcony/terrace and bedroom pointing to the street might be noisy due to a couple of motorcycles accelerating uphill, in case your windows are opened.

Wonderful find everything is brand new well designed with a beautiful swimming pool walking distance to all amenities and train station. Sound proof rooms and very quiet area at night Staff very helpful with booking process and will definitely return thanks everyone. Stayed September 2022.

We stayed for 10 days and honestly the best place ive stayed on a foreign holiday. Brand new apartments, brilliantly finished. Super clean & staff were top drawer. Nothing too much trouble. Location was superb, nice and quiet but a 4/5 minute walk to the lively parts of town. Superb laundry facilities free to use at any time of the day or night & to top it all off a salt water pool! Dont book anywhere else if unsure of where to stay, this place is a class act!

10/10 for this venue! Brand new, nicely decorated, So comfortable and a well equipped kitchen, absolutely lovely for a couple, peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Very safe & secure and well thought out when designed. Very very helpful staff and think you have to see it for yourself
