muy bien el apartamento en general, buena limpieza y mobiliario, bonito y cómodo, muy bien equipado con casi de todo (aunque no cocinamos nada falta alguna sartén) e inmejorable la ubicación primera línea de playa y los servicios del conjunto Benalbeach excelentes.

lo peor, y única causa de mi mala puntuación y que nos hicieron pasar un par de horas muy malas sistema de recogida de llaves por código pin en candado (con llave dentro) colgado en tirador de la puerta muy muy malo, y por no ser avisado previamente sino apenas 45 minutos antes de la entrada al apartamento (15.15H, por mail) y estaba viajando conduciendo, Al llegar al apartamento (16H, hora fijada por la agencia ALFRESCO STAYS para la entrada) tras mi viaje en coche desde Madrid me dirigí a la recepción de apartamentos BenalBeach ya que la información previa que tenía era que se recogían llaves en alojamiento sin más, Allí me enteré de el sistema con un pin para recoger llaves, que la chica de recepción me explico muy amablemente, pero me dijo que ellos no tenían nada que ver con la agencia y que no trabajaban con ellos y que mirase mi mail que tendría un mensaje con el código, pero lo que tenía eran mensajes (mails) con la citada información y que había fallado el cargo del importe de la fianza de debía haberse efectuado horas antes y ningún mensaje con código para recoger llave. Ante esta situación intente realizar el pago en múltiples ocasiones online con el enlace del citado correo a la plataforma de pagos de la agencia, pero nunca funcionó, después llamé a la agencia por teléfono también en múltiples ocasiones pero solo me respondía un contestador automático. Ya desesperado y muy cabreado ( me veía en la calle pese a haber pagado importe integro un mes antes al realizar reserva ) dos horas mas tarde encontré el número de EMERGENCIAS DE ALFRESCPO STAYS, y se resolvió todo en pocos minutos, pero ojo porque no avisan previamente y si hay algún problema ellos no te van a llamar a ti para avisarte que necesitas un código para recoger llaves ni preguntar si lo recibiste y cierran la oficia y se van a casa y te atiende un contestador automático. Por tanto imprescindible llevar en smartfone con mail y números teléfono de la agencia normal y de emergencias.

Lorsque vous donnez côté cour, il y a une maison qui a un refuge de chien et des coques. Les animaux font du bruit des 5h du matin, et c'est impossible de dormir L'appartement que Booking loue est en fait celui d'un propriétaire privé et la réception du lieu n'assure aucune prestation. Ainsi, il n'a pas été possible de changer de serviette de toilette durant les cinq jours de notre séjour ....

Al coger el apartamento ponía ''vistas a la piscina'' y las vistas que teníamos era un tejado verde lleno de colillas y charcos... y sólo se veía un trozo de él togan alto ...

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this property. We booked three apartments, but not all of them were as shown on the pictures. ONe of them was way smaller than we expected,besides that it was on the same level with the huge roof, with many air conditioning systems on it, and balconies were overlooking dirty roof 🥲It was very noisy and polluted. Washing machine didn’t work and it took 2-3 days to get it done. Even though, the price of all the apartments was same, other apartments had some issues, such as washing machine problems and all the facilities are quite old to be honest.

Location excellent. Lovely beach. Beside everything. Air conditioned. Great shower. Washer/dryer. Good pool. Gym on site.

Looking out onto a filthy roof so did not use balcony except to dry clothes. Apartments look much bigger in photos. No change of towels or sheets. No cleaning products for bathroom and kitchen. No instructions where to put garbage. Only one key available for 3 people. Had to phone number on bookings website a few times to ask for wifi code. Reception only really hold keys and don't have any information on anything.. Charge for sun loungers and gym.

No breakfast served

1. Terrace door did not lock ; defective. This is an absolute must on a ground floor apt. How the management missed this before QC check of the place, I will never understand. 2. Safe-Box was defective. Not working at all. Very disappointed after wasting 30 minutes trying to get it working. 3. Lost 3½ hours of my holidays in the morning. After 4 calls and 2 ½ hours of waiting, the door lock and safe-box repaired. 4. Shocked to find out that the (promised) Wellness Spa was closed. Hadn’t been open since 2021. I specifically called in advance of my reservation to make sure the Wellness Spa was actually open since I need this for relaxation and help for my back problems. But I was intentionally lied to ..that it was open. 5. All the pools were extremely dirty with bacteria. Very poor hygiene and sanitation of the pools. You could see the merky and cloudy waters. I was in shock. 6. Although I am not surprised, it was virtually impossible to get a sun shade unless you were the first to arrive at 9:45 in que to get in the pool area. Sun beds were €4.50 so that was not so bad as there were always available. But finding a decent location to lay was another problem due to mass overcrowding. 5. Very loud Car / Motorcycle noises from the street (30 meters away); POOR DOOR INSULATION !! 6. Extremely loud noises from the corridor / Hallway outside our main door. People shout and very disrespectful as they know all noises echo and go right into the apartments. 7. Had to wait 2½ hrs after promised checkin; we were not allowed to use the facilities while waiting. 8. Long complex hall ways and gates that locked/closed early after 10pm so no quick access to beach. 9. Absolutely no parking available. Always full 24hrs / day. 10. No dishwasher 11. No cleaning service (even after a week). Not ideal. You have to wash your sheets and linens, etc.. Positives 1.
