This is one of the best we have ever stayed in. A lovely period home in a quiet location. Room was a good size and very clean. Hosts (Robyn & Spencer) besides being very likeable, were there to help out in any way they could and they cooked a great breakfast. Everything you needed was on hand and if it wasn't, all you had to do was ask.

Breakfast was good. Dining room for breakfast was nice. In the bathroom, we used soap manufactured by East Coast Glow soap which was very high quality and awesome. We were so impressed that we went specifically to visit East Coast Glow facility in Bonavista, after being introduced to this at Hill Road Manor. We were able to park in the driveway, which was good.
Room was nice but very small for two people, with no room for luggage. The bathroom was in the hallway. Location was ok.

Attractive period BnB, comfortable room, good location for town. Excellent communication with host who kept in touch and arranged a dinner reservation at an excellent nearby restaurant . Good parking. Tasty breakfast.

The breakfast was absolutely delightful, fresh and a splendid variety..we ended up staying 2 days because our experience was that wonderful!
Robyn is a beautiful hostess, very personable and knowledgeable..the house is gorgeous and has so much character. The beds are very comfy and the rooms are extremely clean! I cannot wait to recommend this B&B to everyone and I cannot wait to return!

Owners were friendly and accommodating. Lovely and secure part of town. Beautiful older manor house. Clean. Beautiful gardens. Really nice walking area. Good hot breakfast. Comfortable bed and plenty of nice clean towels and cloths. Will recommend to friends.
The pillows were not comfortable. It felt like there was a plastic covering inside the slips. Small consideration but important, and an easy fix.

Fabulous old house done up beautifully. The hosts were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area and provided a lovely home cooked breakfast in the morning.
