I loved the location and the view. Also it had spacious rooms and was perfectly clean. Parking was easy and their was no traffic noise. Very nice stay!

We loved Villa Noi Quattro. The accommodation was great and the views were simply stunning, the best we have has from any hotel or self catering anywhere in the world. We both enjoyed drawing the beautiful views. The owners were very helpful and kind too.

The views of the sea were fantastic. Very comfortable sofas and beds. Brilliant having East and west facing terraces.

Slightly dated furniture and restricted ceiling heights at places although expected in the rooftop apartment.

Stunnig view, nice and bright appartement. The communication with the owner was easy and efficient.

We stayed here for 4 nights and we really enjoyed it. The view is amazing. The balcony is lovely for eating al fresco or just enjoying the view. The kitchen has everything you need - oil and spices, coffee, salt, sugar, flour. There 2 sofas to lounge on and a nice dining table. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We parked our car inside the security gate. Porto Santo Stefano isn't far and Monte Argentario is a nice quiet place off the beaten path in Italy to explore. We recommend staying here.

We were told the washing machine was broken and we really needed to wash clothes.

Location was very nice and secure with plenty of walks nearby. Really long sandy beaches were only 5 minutes drive away.

Only downside was the main road at the bottom of the hill has now pavements or walkways so a car is essential.
