We have been going to Las Vegas every year to watch the Super Bowl. With the Super Bowl being played in Las Vegas, we felt the relaxing scenery of Exuma would be a nice alternative. Flip Flops on the Hilltop was the absolute perfect selection for our group. Everyone had a bed, everyone was comfortable, and we had everything we could ever need throughout our stay. Waking up with the sun rising over St Elizabeth Harbor was simply awe inspiring each morning. Mike & Tiffany were there for us throughout our planning and our visit. We even got to use the poker table to make us feel like we were back in Vegas! The comfort and warmth of this spectacular villa set the perfect backdrop for each day of exploring. FFHT is the perfect place to plan a family getaway! What an amazing way to experience the beauty of Exuma. Highly Recommended!

This was the perfect place to get away. The home is beautiful and comfortable with gorgeous views of the water. Waking distance to the beach with snorkeling to see tropical fish, sea turtles and a coral reef. The owners recommend great restaurants, plenty of things to do and all the best local beaches and are very friendly and helpful making the vacation everything we had hoped for.

We enjoyed our stay at FFOTH. The home was clean and spacious. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and organized. We loved the upstairs screened in porch for morning coffee and evening crafting. The location is about a mile outside of Georgetown, right in the middle of the island. The Hideaways has many amenities, including a bar and grill and you can eat at the Fish Fry, less than a mile down the road. I hope we can make it to Exuma again--it is beautiful!!!

My stay in the Bahamas was phenomenal! The amazing accommodations offered stunning ocean views that left us in awe. The availability of paddle boards and canoes made our beach days even more thrilling. Speaking of the beach, it was a secluded haven. We spent countless hours snorkeling from our shore, encountering incredible marine life like vibrant starfish, captivating coral formations, graceful stingrays, and even majestic sea turtles. It was a true paradise for nature enthusiasts like us! However, what truly made this experience exceptional was the staff. They were not just helpful; they were extraordinary in every sense. Their warm hospitality and commitment to ensuring our convenience made us feel like royalty. Our trip wouldn't have been the same without their incredible service. When we faced difficulty securing a rental car, they went above and beyond by arranging one for us. This getaway was an unforgettable adventure, and we owe it all to them. Thank you for making our Bahamas vacation the best!

The house was beautiful and very spacious. The decor was so pretty we had to ask Mike where certain things were purchased as we wanted them for our own homes. Two families fit very comfortably in the space. We rented a car and everything was close from the location. Mike was super helpful with all of our questions. He also gave us tons of recommendations and contacts for things we wanted to do. We were planning our next visit while we were there if that tells you anything. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Can’t wait to go back!

We had an amazing week in Exuma! Flip Flops on the Hilltop was perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen was well equipped, the decor was beautiful, the furniture was comfortable, and the hosts are gracious and helpful. The screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and a late afternoon nap or drinks in the evening without worrying about bugs. It was an easy walk to the beach and the pool and central to everywhere we wanted to visit on the island. Our family appreciated the attention to detail and thoughtfulness in the house layout and furnishings. The game table and foosball table were fun to have. We really appreciated the beach towels, umbrella, cooler, and reusable grocery bags! We can't recommend FFOTH more! 5 stars from all of us!

Great house, amazing location, easy to communicate with the property manager.

This place was THE amazing place for all of us! There were 16 in our group and we had 4 places at Hideaways in all. Flip Flops was our home base and the space that we all enjoyed gathering at the beginning or end of the day. Playing cards, jenga or just talking smack; there was room for everyone. The table was an excellent size and there was plenty of chairs as well as other smaller relaxation stations. Besides enjoying all the great places to eat around Exuma, we had several meals here and again Flip Flops was more than accommodating. The kitchen was fully stocked and even better was the size as it allowed EVERYONE to be involved. The beds were amazingly comfortable and everyone slept very well. Each room has it's own a/c so you can put cold people together! The best way to start your day was of course the screened in porch overlooking Elizabeth Harbour. If you like sunrises, you will be impressed. We enjoyed the porch at other times as it was a great bug free zone. Something else to consider was that the parking was RIGHT there, under SHADE trees so no lugging all your stuff in the sun. The hostess with the mostess was Mike and Tiffanie! Super nice, good hearted and just want to make sure their guests enjoy Exuma as much as they do.

We have rented many Vrbo properties and this one was our favorite hands-down! Everything was exactly like the pictures showed, and it was super clean and all the furniture was very comfortable. We had enough room for the 6 of us to have individual quiet time when needed. The hosts were always responsive when needed and super friendly. We loved having access to a pool and the use of kayaks. The close bar/restaurant Splash has pay-to-play pool tables, so it was nice that Hideaways has a free pool table and ping-pong table to use during office hours. We enjoyed our daily view of the ocean too from the screened-in porch....a must with all the biting bugs there! We hope to return and if we do we will stay here again. (We will be better prepared next time.....we heard food was expensive there but found the groceries to be 2-3x what they are in the states.)

My boyfriend and I along with a few other couples stayed here for a wedding weekend. The house is absolutely gorgeous - huge kitchen with screened in porch upstairs along with a master bedroom/bathroom and another half bath. There is 3 additional bedrooms downstairs with another full bath, large living room space and bar area. It’s a perfect location in the Hideaways - short walk to the beach and Splash bar and grille! Mike was very responsive the whole trip and answered all my questions. Highly recommend staying here with a large group of friends or family! Exuma was incredible and we will definitely be back.

Had a girls trip for a week. The house was excellent! Great layout, furniture, well equipped kitchen and screened in front porch! The house has all the comforts of home. Highly recommend. We will be back again! Thanks!

We rented the house for spring break. It was great to have two porches to relax on and read a book if the weather wasn’t a beach day. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed to cook. Great property and will be back!

We stayed at Flip Flop on the Hill Top at Hideaway Bay for a week and it was amazing. The house was large, spacious and had everything we needed to cook and handle our family of 8. Everything is new and well maintained. Screened in porch is great for morning coffee and evening drinks alike. The host was tremendously gracious and supportive. Cant wait to return!

FFOTH is everything and more! Location, privacy, views, cleanliness, comfort. We enjoyed our week here. Close to it ALL! All the details are thought of here. The decor is beautiful and the amenities are plenty. Perfect place for our party of 6 adults. Owners are so easy to communicate with and have all the details on how to navigate your stay on the island. Don’t hesitate on this one! It’s truly on our favorite places to stay.

This was our groups 3rd time to Exuma. We are a big group with 3 families (6 adults, and 5 teens). This house was PERFECT for us. So spacious and a great set up. We never felt like we were on top of each other. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and just a great set up. The view from upstairs was amazing. We loved mornings on the porch enjoying coffee and taking in the view!! The kids enjoyed the bunk room and all the amenities of Hideaways, as did the adults!! We loved morning beach walks down to Jolly Hall beach and snorkeling right at Hideaways! All in all, this was the perfect house and location. Mike the owner was so awesome to work with, and was attentive to what we needed while we were there. We would defiantly recommend staying here, and next time we come to Exuma we will be looking to book at Flip Flops On The Hill Tops again!!

Just leaving Exuma & thoroughly enjoyed our stay @ the lovely Flip Flops on the Hilltop! The location, decor, cleanliness & service were all top notch. The house was enormous, beautiful & well appointed. It felt private and comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out. The views from the screened porch were spectacular. Much closer to the beach/sea than it looks from the pictures. From the start Mike (owner) was kind , helpful & communicative. Sasha helped us out while we were on the island. Beds , sheets, pillows and furniture were so comfortable. Walk to Jolly Hall beach was only 10 minutes from the house and Hideaways beach was only a 3 minute stroll down the hill. The location of the house is very convenient to town & other parts of Exuma for exploring. Highly recommend staying here! Book it now while it's still available!

Great location on a fabulous island -- easy beach hopping (the beaches are stunning), tasteful beach decor, spacious house, and amazing view from the second story. A terrific value, private, with everything you need for a home away from home.

Wonderfully comfortable with every detail attended to. Home away from home for a family- Several sitting areas, high quality bedding, towels and linens. Excellent central location- yet extremely private and tucked away. Near to all Georgetowns excellent restaurants, beach stops and shopping. We also found the front desk of The Hideaways to be helpful with recommendations and bookings for excursions. So much to do in Georgetown- each day was full and perfect fit for all the entire family! What a wonderful trip. The views are beautiful, the house was perfect and the girls will definitely be back.

This place is immaculate! Went on a small family vacation with 6 adults and 2 kids. We had plenty of room for everyone. This house is absolutely GORGEOUS and so well kept, everything looks brand new and the owners have everything you could need for your stay. the large cooler and wagon certainly came in handy when we headed out to tropic of cancer. Hideaways is a just a quick walk away and we ate breakfast most days at Splash. We also enjoyed the kayaks at the hideaways. Small details I loved, there was fresh bottled water available the entire time we were there, AC units all worked beautifully, plenty of towels available. Wish the water pressure was better, but that's because of what I'm used to at home. Overall, cannot say enough about this beautiful home and the extremely responsive owner. All of my questions and concerns were answered in a timely matter. Only downside was wifi didn't work great and that was a bit of an issue for my brother-in-law since he needed to work (he's self-employed and always on the clock). Mike (the owner) said they are getting a new router, so that should solve the problem. Do not hesitate to stay at Flip flops on the hilltop. Everyone will love it. My niece got the master suite and she was in heaven (she's 14), she said it was the best vacation she's had. I hope this house is available next time we go to Exuma, it's a MUST STAY!

My family and I loved this spacious well equipped newly renovated home! The view was beautiful on the screened-in patio where we enjoyed wine and great company. The locals were friendly and Hideaway’s staff kind and considerate. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit a quiet, safe and incredibly beautiful island in the Bahamas.
