The picutres do not do this house justice. It was incredibly spacious and while I was worried with 8 people and only 2 bathrooms, everyone had their own space and were incredibly happy. This house had everything that you could want from a quieter beach stay including house games and comfortable couches and beds. It was also within such an easy walking distance to the beach itself that it was so easy and a perfect vacation locale.

My wife and I frequently visit Folly Beach, and this was by far our favorite place we've stayed! We look forward to returning, and ideally staying here again!

While the outside of this home is a little worn, the inside was quite a surprise. All photographs were exact. Rooms were spacious although no closet in the twin bedroom. Kitchen was adequate. Lots of space to stretch out. Heat and air worked nicely. Close to walk to shops and restaurants. Nice little church next door. Rented a golf cart to go to the beach and around the island. Thanks for a nice weekend.

Great home in Folly Beach. Nice layout. Great location.

This house was perfect and everything we needed. With two small kids the walk to the beach was just a bit far, but an easy drive for sure. The only issue we had was the fact that there are no ceiling fans in the "master bedroom" or the room with the twin beds. Would be nice to have some floor fans to offer up to make the nights a little more comfortable.

The house has good space for 3-6 people and sofas for 2 more. There are 3 separate indoor hangout spaces. The TVs and other electronics worked well. It is easy to walk to the shops and restaurants and the beach is a very doable walk with a minimal level of fitness. The house needs some TLC though. Water leaked through the attic into the Master Bedroom during a storm. The light doesn’t work in the master closet. The toaster was missing the main shelf. The outdoor furniture was dirty. Several windows have cracks in them. The blinds are hard to open and close. The landlord agency did offer to come out and take a look while we were there. Hopefully, most of these will get addressed before the next tenant arrives as there are a lot of positives with the place.

Home was very clean and easy to find. Lots of great restaurants near by. Everything we needed for our stay was included. Great communication between owners and us. We even got a discount at certain restaurants for mentioning where we stayed and who sent us there. Would definitely stay again. Loved it!

Plenty of space; nice amenities in the kitchen. King size bed was very comfy.

We really enjoyed staying in this house. It had a lot of room to move around in. Everything was in walking distance. We would stay here again.

This house was the perfect location. It’s a short walking distance to the restaurants and beach. Lots of places in the home to gather together as a family. The home was also very clean!

Golf cart is a must. Small kitchen without dishwasher wasn’t ideal but doable with big sink and grill out back. 3rd bedroom with children a single beds isn’t ideal unless you have two children rather than adults.. the room should have two doubles so that would be an easy fix. Outdoor shower needs a latch, little shelf, and hooks for clothes and towels. Yard is very mosquito friendly so bring bug spray.

Overall my friends and I really enjoyed our stay! Our only negative was there is no dishwasher however we would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is very spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the back deck - a great place to hang out after a day at the beach. Best of all…the location! It was an easy walk to the restaurants and shops of Folly Beach, as well as the beach itself. We’d definitely stay here again!

Love is like 10 min walk from ocean the house I so beautiful and clean and lovely decor comfortable close to a church an d many restaurants

The first thing I appreciated, upon entering was the spotless home. The second is the many areas to spread out and relax. The walk to beach was not bad at all. The home is situated enough back from the noise hub if you want some escape. The yard was also nice not unkempt like most beach homes I've stayed in. Also it has many thoughtful extras, wagon, bikes ,boards and lawn chairs. We took our two granddaughters and had a nice stay. Thanks so much .

We absolutely loved this place. The decor and location were spot on and we had a wonderful stay at Folly. The spaces let us hang out in different areas and the outdoor spaces are fun! We loved the kitchen with its flamingo colored cabinets. Funky and Cool!

Indian Summer had a lot more space than we expected! The house has a really cute add on in the back that we loved playing games in and just winding down after our days. The location was great, not that far of a walk to everythin. While we were there there were beach chairs, boogie boards, paddle boards and a cart for the beach as well as a few other things. There also was a gas grill which was not mentioned prior to our arrival. The kitchen accessories were lacking a little, not enough silverware for the 6 of us, and since there is not a dishwasher there was a lot of hand washing and a lot of what is available seems like it's not really clean even though it was probably hand washed. This could be the only 'negative' thing we could say about this place.
Vacasa's customer service is exceptional- fast responses and everyone is so friendly, we will defiantly use them again and we would 100% stay at this rental again.
