We loved staying in this beautiful home. There was plenty of space and everything we needed to make my birthday weekend so special!

The host was fast to respond to any inquiries. My kids affectionately called this the "Pac Man house". Great layout and beautiful woodwork throughout. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was beautiful.

Our group of 6 stayed 3 nights at this adorable Lake City home. The owners were great with communication and we had everything we needed. It is walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and the lake. We had a great time whether it was sitting around the dining room table or out on the big porch, telling stories and recounting memories. We played bean bags in the yard and even a few games of Pac Man in the upstairs game room. Highly recommended home!!

We had a great weekend in Lake City! Loved that we could walk to the beach and a cute little cafe. Also within driving distance of some very nice wineries and distilleries.

Such a beautiful historic home full of vintage character! Great location for activities! We loved the wrap around porch, plenty of space to spread out, plus toys and games for the kiddos. (PacMan was a hit!) We made alot of memories! Owner was great to work with! Thanks for everything!! Highly recommend and already reserving again!

Lovely remodeled vintage home with lots of space for two families traveling with kids! The game room was a fun area to be in. It was kept clean, and we felt comfortable, however, there were a few cobwebs on the steps indoors, and insects in the side entrance that we used for our empty coolers and such…not a big deal, but easy enough to avoid with a thorough cleaning. They did provide fewer “starter” amenities then we’ve seen in other rentals (coffee, tea, snacks and such), but in fairness, they are not listed. I did not bring a hair dryer along, and there was not one on the premises. I did contact the owner, who said there should be one there, but it was not, and I did have to go out and buy one as we had an event to go to. Again, not listed on the amenities section, but disappointing, all the same. I would recommend a few hooks be added to the bathrooms and bedrooms, as there is no where to hang towels or clothes while showering, or returning to your room after a shower. Also, a stool to place luggage on in the bedrooms would be great…Simple fixes :). All in all, I would recommend this property..super cute, yet spacious, and the location in beautiful Lake city could not have been better!!

Clean property with an excellent location!

Had a nice, winter stay at Michelle’s house. We had a few maintenance issues upon arrival but the host was easy to reach and worked to resolve the problems in a timely manner. Overall the house was a nice place for a family stay with two full bathrooms and comfortable places for up to 10 people to sleep. There are also 2 TV/lounge areas and a nice sized kitchen. Overall, would recommend!

The kitchen could use more lighting. But overall I really liked the house. My granddaughters discovered the dress up clothes the last night we were there. They were so happy!

We were looking for a quick 3-day trip to get a nice mix of relaxing and enjoying the area and we are happy to say we got it all. Great location only a block or two away from downtown. The premises was plenty roomy for our group, very clean, plenty of spots to play board games or just chill til our next activity as well. We got what we were looking for. Thank you !

It is a charming historic house with plenty of room for a big group! Michelle has it stocked with everything you need! We enjoyed the front porch the most with coffee in the morning, happy hour in the evening. Perfect location! We were able to walk the trail along lake pepin and down town. Thank you Michelle!

The property listing doesn't do this place justice. Everywhere you look is a charming new surprise.. Professional stove, Pacman, 2 staircases, incredible woodwork, comfortable beds, new washer/dryer, beautiful windows, copious seating on the deck.. this place has it all! Our nieces were able to fulfill a lifelong dream of sharing a bunkbed. They are both in their 30s and about 6 feet tall, which added to the hilarity! Chickadee Cafe has great breakfasts and is within walking distance. We are already working on a trip to bring us all back here soon.

This is such a lovely house. Beds extremely comfortable (very important!). Location was perfect for local walking and then located near several other cute/fun towns to drive to. We relaxed on the covered porch every day and evening. We will definitely be back.

This property is great, and has tons of room to hang out and relax. Check in was easy, and Michelle was accommodating to our early arrival. Overall this is a great place for families or friends. Being close to the downtown area of bars and restaurants was also a big plus. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lake City.

Property was great! Located 1 block from downtown and 3 blocks from the water. Lots of room for the 7 adults without feeling crowded. Game room and living spaces were nice to hangout it. Perfect place for family or friends getaway. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location and plenty of activities for kids. The home was spacious and walking distance to downtown. Will definitely revisit.
