This was a great property to call home for our time in Oregon, we had to call in twice to get access to the property but they immediately answered and took care of us, it could have been email on our end that didn’t help, but the place was fabulous. Word of caution to anyone with a low level car, the concrete has fallen on one side of the driveway entrance so take it at an extreme angle! Loved having a secured location for our car!

Great location right on the beach with amazing views. Easy access to the beach and walkable to food, coffee, parks, etc. Great communication from the host on how to get to and access the property. I would for sure stay here again.

Was good. Some noise from neighbor above but not bad. Was during normal day hours. Bathroom fan was SO LOUD!

Very nice condo directly above the beach. Located in the center of the Nye Beach District. Many good restaurants and shops all within walking distance from the condominium. The only draw back and it's a small one is that there is very little closet space. We would definitely rent this property again.

The managers contacted us constantly before we arrived and on an Irritating screen in the unit. Rules every day. 5:00 check in is unheard of. No cart for luggage. The iron fence is forbidding and needing codes for in and out is awful. We agree with other guests. It felt like a prison. The furniture was uncomfortable and the lighting was too dim to read. We will not return.

We loved the access to the beach and all the shops. The condo was clean and comfortable. Our favorite part of the evening was relaxing on the balcony enjoying the view.

We loved our time at this condo. It was very convenient to some shopping and restaurants. It was very quiet and the view was fabulous. Our only complaint would be the bed in the bedroom - it was very uncomfortable. Each night I ended up sleeping on the couch.

Check in was quick. Views and over all property was amazing. Had a problem with the unit we requested so I called Briana. She could not have been more helpful. She quickly got us what we wanted and needed in a timely and professional manner. Even extras. We so appreciated her and what she did for us. It was a great stay. I would stay here over and over again.

The view and amenities were fantastic. We plan on coming back as the space was clean and the location was ideal.

this is the perfect place to stay and watch the waves and is close enough to Newport and Lincoln city to do things there too. The house is clean and well kept, with a fully stocked kitchen, if you want to cook. more than ample towels and bathroom supplies for the time we were there. Nye beach is a cute little costal town with fun shops and restaurants, we recommend Nana Irish pub, very good food. and for a coffee and sweet treat the Blue pig is lovely. Thank you for a great stay.

This condo was exactly as pictured and described. Very comfortable bed in Master. Nicely decorated and furnished. We would definitely come back here.

Beach view with several amenities within a short walk. Loved it!

While the condo was comfortable and well appointed ie: kitchen, game closet, furnishings…. It was unusually dusty which became very noticeable -(the property mgr was kind enough to drop off an oscillating fan since no a/c, high temps and smoke from fires in the state surrounding us with ash… we needed air circulation!) when the fan stirred up the dust bunnies and some larger dust critters! All in all a nice stay, although the place needs to be cleaned a bit more thoroughly.

Great location at Nye Beach District - steps to the beach Restaurants and shops. Just park your car at the property and walk. We had excellent beach views and the weather was mild which is as awesome but And usual for this time of year

Comfy apartment with every thing you need for a great get away. We watched whales from the balcony and the beach was just a short walk away. Highly recommend!

Great place and plenty of places to sleep. We also appreciate that there was an assigned parking space. Lovely balcony ocean view. Kitchen had all we needed to cook. Everything is just a block away.

Located right on Nye beach, we couldnt have asked for a better location. Beach and family friendly restaurants all within walking distance. We were also impressed with how well stocked our rental was with kitchenware, beach toys, books and games for the kids! We will definately be returning back.

The actual house was amazing . Loved being that close to the coast . Town was amazing and had so much to offer . Our problem involved being away from the property a couple times and having someone enter the property . On one occasion they came in and for some reason moved around my wife’s toiletries . The second time they came in and closed the sliding patio door and locked it . We never left anything of value in the property and don’t know exactly what else was done while we were gone and they’re purpose for coming in but the damage was done . We lost all sense of security at that point . To make matters even worse and the final straw was when my wife and I were in the living room putting a puzzle together when a couple literally used a code to the door and wandered in leaving us actually stunned and speechless . They ended up leaving immediately to which we contacted the property manager and demanded a explanation to which they had none . We demanded a new code for the door to which they obliged but once again we were left in shock and dismay at the issues of this wonderful property . All these issues completely ruined our vacation and our time there and our trust in staying at this property .

This was the perfect location overlooking Nye Beach and just a few steps to downtown shopping and restaurants.

The view of the ocean from the balcony is phenomenal. An easy walk down to the beach, restaurants and cute shops close by! Fun place for a quiet get away in the off season.

From start to finish was simple&quick. The online picks don't do the room justice. It' very welcoming, you settle right in like being at home. I've never been somewhere where they have so many room amenities, you literally have Everything you need or might need. The ocean view is the best. You can come here and don't have to leave, food and entertainment is all in walking distance. This place is deff on our return list.

Room had everything plus a view, great shops in the area!

We had a great time at our stay, location was great, view was awesome, loved that there were beach toys, kites, chairs, available for our use as well!
