The location 10/10 All appliances/electric 10/10 Beds and rooms 10/10 Cleanliness 3/10 There was food in the fridge, jewelry in the living room, carona top at the door, and trash can was overflowing. Also the keypad lost connection during our stay. 😫 Its way past 100 degrees. I was outside on the phone in the hot sun with my 5 month old. Vacasa hung up twice. Gave me 3 additional codes that i was told to try each 3 separate ways. After over an hour of that and talking to more than 1 person they had me go & put a code in for the lockbox. That also didn't work. Then i had to wait again for them to send a local Vacasa agent. He came and tried to open the door and told me it had lost connection. He tried to open the lockbox and informed me that there was NO KEY. At this point i was about to cry, im frustrated, hot, and very annoyedmbecause this had never happened to me. I take vacations all the time. Mostly booking through Vacasa/Vrbo. But this one was our first as a family and with my baby. So he again tried the original code and the door unlocked. He also informed me that he would make sure they place a key at the residence in the lockbox in case of emergencies like mine. I forgot his name but i want to thank him for his hastiness when he understood my situation. Also for taking some of the trash in his van because it was OVERFLOWING. Other than that hiccup it was an amazing vacation and the home is very spacious.

This was a great house for us. The only two issues were parking and a circuit breaker kept tripping even though the management company did send an electrician during our stay. The parking is exactly as advertised (very minimal with a tight garage and small pad out front) however I asked about overflow parking and was assured there was. When I went to the rental office(for the rest of the complex) they were gracious and allowed me to park one night but that isn’t normally allowed.

The home is in a great location and had lots of space. However we experienced electrical, plumbing, and pest issues.

Great location and plenty of space. Inside was clean. The parking was not the best. The trash was never removed from the previous occupants in the outdoor trash cans which made it smell.

This home is conveniently located to anything you need. The house is clean and in good shape. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice

This property had really good size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which was nice for 7 women! It was very clean and roomy. I just did not like the parking. There was a small garage for a small sized car and then you had to park parallel for a 2nd vehicle in the driveway. Other than that, everything was good!

Was a great house, property manage was great to work with, Vacasa on the other hand was terrible to deal with. On hold for an hour plus each phone call
