We returned to Cozy on the Coast due to its proximity to the beach. Booking was easy and the home was very clean. The new flooring is beautiful and the lovely kitchen is adequate for our needs. Checking out was a breeze, as well. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was exactly as advertised. Clean and perfect amount of space for our family. Kitchen was set up with everything we needed. The location was just a couple blocks from the beach or the main area of town.

First we have rented many houses, and they usually come close to our expectations. Of course there have been a few big disappointments.
This house was exactly as advertised, it was extremely clean and very well situated. A very quiet neighborhood and as a bonus you could hear the ocean. We had two friends join us and they also were charmed. The only problem they had were they were really too big for the upstairs bedroom. They hit their heads on the ceiling. But they were still happy.
I do think it might be better upstairs for short adults or children.
Our bedroom was perfect and very comfortable.
We cooked our breakfast and dinners at the house, which worked out well. The shower was super and everything you needed available.
The back deck with the fire pit was also a plus. We enjoyed both evenings sitting outside.
We totally recommend this house, and especially to families with children.
Thank you for making our stay special. It didn't hurt that the weather was beautiful. 😎

This home was perfect for our family, two adults one child and two dogs. It was comfortable for everyone, walking distance to downtown and the beach, we walked everywhere! Will try and book this house for future visits.

We really enjoyed our stay! Location was very close to shopping and the beach. Very clean and well stocked for our needs. Dogs loved the back yard. Our only struggle was the low bed in the loft space. It is only a few inches off the ground. Would definitely rebook in the future!

When me and my friends first arrived, the house was incredibly clean and sheets were very nice and tidy. We loved everything about this home. This property provided blankets, extra sheets, a fresh clean dish scrubby & dish soap along with laundry pods and lots of extra towels. It was a great experience and we would recommend this home for anyone!!

Great location- super cute house. Well set up kitchen, beautiful front and back decks. A 3 minute walk to the Prom and the beach. Had everything I could need for a working stay in Seaside. Would definitely stay again!

Love this house I say by oh by the beach it was very quaint and convenient to walk to the beach, to the boardwalk, down the boardwalk,walk, walk,walk we loved it all. The house itself was really nice could’ve had more blankets because we got cold but other than that it was a very nice house everything we needed except I’m short legged and a bad knee and I could not get in that big bath tub…. My grandkids love the big bathtub. perfect for the four days we were there. Sure wish we could’ve stayed a little longer. The Weather was perfect the sun was out every day got to see the sunset every night. And the area that we were in was quiet.

The cottage itself was well located, cozy and comfortable The rooms were clean. Unfortunately, the glassware and silverware found in the cabinets,were not. They had to be handwashed prior to using. Additionally, compared to other vacation rentals this place was not well stocked, i.e., no tissues, no wine opener, limited and broken silverware, etc. It is basically bare bones, at best.

The location of the house was great. Close to the beach and close to main street. Everything was great except that there was coffee grounds or something still on the counter and the shower did not drain.

This cute house was in a nice, centrally located area, and had a big back yard for dog. Great TV with good WiFi. The bed was comfortable and the house has two bathrooms on the main floor which was super. Unfortunately, the upstairs doesn’t have a bathroom, and climbing up and down the steep stairs would be an issue for some seniors. The house would be fine for young or middle-age folks, but I would not recommend this house for seniors. The furniture is very low and difficult to get out of, and all of the cabinets are high. The dishes are extremely heavy and the high cabinets make it hard to get them down. Also, we felt there a number of amenities that were missing such as no tissue, no table knives (I ended up buying plastic ones), and no measuring cup. Minor things, but they make a difference.

The house was absolutely amazing and i (we) will for sure be staying here again! The only flaw i found was the firm mattress in the lower level bedroom killed my back. But everyone has there own comfort level when it comes to sleeping

Pros: Short walk to great beach access. Cute home. We were given the wrong code to unlock the door (which was a con), but the Vacasa representative on duty responded by text right away and gave us the correct code to get in. That was a relief as we arrived at 10pm.
Cons: Understocked - 2 rolls of TP for the entire home (6 people, 2 bathrooms, 3 nights), enough laundry detergent for only one load, no dryer sheets. Lots of dog hair, including in kitchen cabinets. During our 2nd day, we realized that wet laundry had been left in the dryer. No confidence in the cleaning and care that went into prepping the home for us. Would not stay here again.

An amazing getaway!
This really is the perfect little sweet cottage (house), just a short walk to the beach and all the adorable shops, restaurants & the AMAZING candy stores. Don’t forget to stock up on Taffy but be sure to do it at the famous for sea-foam & rocky road candy store. So fresh and soft. It was absolutely lovely and perfect & without issues. Perfect location and cottage like home, if you want to bring your dog too. It’s fenced in. Super warm & cozy. The home was clean, without any issues. We absolutely loved it and hope to come back, sooner than later!

This is a comfortable 2bedroom house. Nice kitchen. Washer/dryer a plus. Nice patio. The bath and 1/2 is a nice feature. Comfortable beds. It is a short walk to the beach and downtown.

Was a cozy, warm, and comfortable cottage. Perfect location with easy walking to town and the beach. Loved that the dogs were welcomed and the fenced backyard made it easy to have them with us. Felt like a second home.

Super great location just 2 blocks from downtown and from the beach! My dog loved this place. Kitchen is well stocked. Easy check in, had no issues during our stay.

Clean, convenient, and comfortable. Tempurpedic mattresses, very comfortable sleeping arrangements. Neighborhood is quiet, it's a quick walk to the Prom and to Broadway.
Note for fellow coffee achievers: bring K-cups or your own rig.
One minor note is that the T-mobile Wifi service had to be reset once or twice a day by unplugging and re-plugging the access point to restore Internet.
