I surprised my mother with a stay at this beautiful home for her 80th birthday. It is absolutely lovely….even more so in person than the pictures show. There were so many fun things to do that we didn’t have time to do everything during the 5 days that we were there! We enjoyed cooking meals in the large kitchen that has anything you could possibly need, playing shuffleboard, pool and arcade games, soaking in the spa and just spending time together. At the end of each day we slept very well in the comfortable beds. The hosts are very kind and want their guests stay to be a wonderful experience. This home is a joy to stay in….don’t hesitate to make a reservation!

Beautiful, big house with tons to do for kids and adults alike. We were 13 (ages 7-50+), there for four days and never had the urge to leave the property. Many welcoming common areas but also lots of places for reading, napping or just enjoying some alone time. Checking-in and -out was a breeze. Hosts Mo and Zeina were great. Highly recommended!

Mo was the most amazing host during our month long stay at Lake Hodges. There were a few minor things that needed attention and his response time was always fast. He was always accomodating. The house was beautiful and accomodated 16 of us comfortably. We enjoyed all of the fun games, and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of room for all of us to cook and eat. The view was quite lovely. Thank you to all who made our trip enjoyable.

The house was perfect for all 12 of us, the whole family. There was something to do for everyone, all ages. The manager was very responsive to all questions.

We stayed at this wonderful San Diego house for my mom's memorial service. The house is exactly as advertised and was perfect for the 15 people ( 8 adults & 7 children) My grandchildren had a great time and there was so much for them to do. It was perfect for everyone.

By far one this was one of the best vacation homes we've ever stayed in. The amenities were endless and abundant. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were all comfortable. Everything was clean and organized. The hosts were incredibly easy to work with and really care about their property. Easy drive to San Diego. We've already recommended this property to all of our friends. If we come back to San Diego with a group, we WILL stay here. Thank you!!

Beautiful house for a large group. We really enjoyed our annual Christmas vacation here. It has everything to keep different age groups entertained. Highly recommend the house and seamless communication with the hosts!

We thought the house was wonderful in every regard for our large family. The views were breathtaking and there was many spaces in the house where people could gather together or find some quiet time on their own. We enjoyed a movie night, time in the hot tub, games on the sport court and lots of other fun throughout the house. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend the home to others looking to visit the San Diego area.

Renting this house allowed us to be together as a family and celebrate an amazing week. There was so much to do in the home that there was never a reason to leave. The home owner was quick to respond to any and all questions.

Our experience was nothing short of excellence, and I cannot recommend this property enough. The location was superb. Nestled in a vibrant and safe neighborhood. The spacious living area featured comfortable seating, perfect for hanging out. This VRBO was a teenager's paradise, complete with a pool table, foosball table, and video games. This home provided endless entertainment. Definitely a haven for teenagers and it exceeded all our expectations.

The view from the pool/backyard is pretty awesome. We loved the many activities that the property offered. We all had so much fun! We enjoyed the theater, pool, sand volleyball court and more. The property is also pretty close to a Costco and Target, so if you need to grab groceries etc it won't take too much time away from the fun. We would stay here again.

This home blew our entire friend groups breath away, the pictures don’t do justice on how amazing the ammenities are. We truly did not want to leave the home at all, because there’s so much to do! Mo was an amazing host, answered all my questions, was easy to get in touch with, and I look forward to staying here again. 10/10 experience.

This property is really special. The listing doesnt emphasize it, but there are some spectacular walking/hiking trails adjacent to the home. All of us enjoy the long walks and views of the lake- a bonus on top of an already great rental.

We had a wonderful time at Lake Hodges! Even though it rained almost everyday, the home had more than enough to keep our kids occupied and happy! And it's even more beautiful in person :) Mo was a wonderful host and very friendly and responsive! The house was extremely clean and spacious. Highly recommend to anyone with a large group! Thank you for an amazing trip!

Great property with some awesome features for kids and the adults who are still a kid at heart. We enjoyed the great pool and outdoor spaces including the basketball court and wished we had more time to enjoy everything!

Best Luxurious House!
I stayed here with my family and two other families. We go away every summer and this was by far the best house we've ever stayed in. The kids spent most of their time in the pool or in the games room. We adults got to lounge, play poker, enjoy the fire-pit and the spa. The things to do are endless. So much fun was had in the movie theater and the kids room was a haven for them. Working out in the gym in the mornings with that view was highlight for me. I honestly can't say enough good things about this home. It's beautifully decorated, everything is new. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances you need and thoughtfully provides dish ware for children.
Mo, the house manager was very kind and easy to communicate with. We were all very happy and would love to stay again.
