This is a beautiful, well-appointed home. Great view of the Gulf. Even though it is located on busy 98, we never heard any traffic.

Everything was amazing!

Very nice property situated across Hwy 98 from the beach. Lovely view, beach was perfect. There is a good coffee shop (Caribbean Coffee) in Mexico Beach -- better than what we found in Port St Joe. Good places to eat nearby in Mexico Beach, Port Joe and even Apalachicola isn't that far. The rental was clean and nice - except the floors. If you walked around in white socks they got very dirty very quickly -- from the first night. I took a star off for this and because of Vacasa, the management company. The carport door has a cypher lock with a 10 digit code. The night we arrived I called Vacasa to report that the lock was malfunctioning. Yes, you can use the code to lock and unlock the door -- but you don't have to. If you simply press the "Schlage" button when it's locked, it will unlock. The bottom door handle also had a normal key lock, but it was loose and couldn't be locked/unlocked with the key. Very unsafe. I called 4 times, texted twice and each time the person was very nice, said they would work on it and get back to me. They never got back to me and it was never fixed. I did send pictures and even a video of it.

We completely enjoyed our time at Mexico Beach! The property was as described, clean, easy to access and a great place for our small family to stay. This is a location we will be adding to our family vacation list, and will definitely be back!

Property was clean. Very quiet and super easy to get to the beach. Lots of great places to eat and would love to stay there again.

We arrived late but check in was very simple with the code provided. First impression was great, looked and smelled clean, very spacious and beachy. The location and proximity to the beach is great. Great front yard with a fire pit (no firewood provided) facing the ocean for beautiful sunsets. We did have an issue with the linens. Called the number for Vacasa and the solution we came to was they would bring clean linens the next day since we could sleep in the spare room. They were supposed to call before coming but did not. Linens were brought while we were not there. I had sent a couple of emails with questions about what was included with the house before we left and one while we were there to the Vacasa email on the app and did not receive a response until after we had been back home for a couple of days. We definitely would stay here again. Vacasa customer service needs a little improvement though.

Right across 98 to the beach. Can feel the breeze and see the waves from the sun porch.

Isle of View was perfect for my mom and I for a getaway! The beds were comfortable, plenty of space, and everything you could need! The view is beautiful and the walk to the beach is very short. Even though this is a duplex, we also never heard our neighbors. We can’t wait to come back!!

Refrigerator smelled a little fishy. Other than that the Price location was absolutely awesome. Will definitely be coming back three or four times a year.

We had a great time at this home. It definitely exceeded our expectations. The home is basically right on the beach, only separated by hwy 98. The owner of the duplex was very kind and accommodating! Nice outdoor fire pit with gorgeous view of the beach and surrounding areas…pictures didn’t do it justice. Newer appliances and interior, beds were nice and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Thanks for everything!

Cannot say enough good things about this property. Fully equipped with all you need and the property managers and owner are the best you could ever want. Right across 98 from beautiful Mexico Beach and no other properties in front to obstruct the beautiful view. You will not be disappointed! We will be back!

great place to stay

Honestly the pictures, nice as they are, don't do the place justice. Incredible view, spacious place, convenient to exactly what we wanted. We met the owner while we were there (he was finishing up work on the neighboring unit) and he was a great person to meet and very accommodating. Can't say enough good about the place. The little "porch" area is a great feature, as are the great bathrooms, huge living area, huge kitchen area, covered parking, and the provided beach amenities. We'll be back.
