We have stayed at this property multiple times and this unit was by far my least favorite. The description is deceiving when it says 2 bedrooms and a loft. Really it is 2 bedrooms and the upstairs bedroom you can divide with a thin wooden accordion door to separate the king bed with the twin bed and twin sleeper sofa. Very outdated with multiple things that need fixing. Smaller living space than many other units. The location can’t be beat though.

This unit has an excellent view. Staff was very helpful. Heat would not turn off so we kept windows open all during our late November stay. I would not rent this unit in warm weather as past reviews also complained about heat not shutting off. Very nice location next to river trail and quick, nice walk to the library.

The location was perfect. The unit is large enough for a family and has a lot of room. Two bathrooms and in-unit laundry really came in handy.
The kitchen items need to be replaced. For example many of the dishes were chipped. The only sets of glasses were coffee mugs and wine glasses the rest were a mismatch of items, only two drinking glasses. Many of the plastic utensils were melted or broken. There’s a good amount of pots and pans however, not baking sheets or lasagna pans. We had to buy a disposable pan to bake in.

This place exceeded our expectations. It was plenty of space for our family of five. The views from the balcony were beautiful. It is located right on the creek with easy access to Lionshead Village. The condo was very clean and everyone that worked that was helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Great two-bedroom condo, had everything we needed. It was a bit warm in the upstairs bedroom, but we opened the window and used the fans available to move the air around. Love this location, can't beat being at the Lionshead gondola. Definitely repeatable!

For the purposes of our trip, this place was perfect. The view from the balconies of the river were amazing. The pool and hot tub were a hit with our kids- easy access, beautiful views, and heated. And the proximity to restaurants and trails couldn’t be beat!

Decided to take a last minute ski trip. The condo was comfortable, beds and furniture were great. Beautiful views from the deck. I would definitely stay again.

This is a great unit on the end so breathtaking views from both balconies! The cleaning people did great and clean daily! A couple of things to note: the Wi-Fi does not work. Like at all. Pretty frustrating for everyone in our group. Also, there is no AC and the units on the wall do not help at all as far as cooling the place down. We had them turned to the lowest setting all week and the place was really hot off and on. We would open the windows and doors periodically to cool us down. Other than that, great spot with walk in convenience from the lift!

This condo is in a great location with great views of the Mountains. Very
nicely decorated. However it has a few issues. Heating system could not be adjusted at the thermostat. Heat was always on. This may be good in the Winter but not on 75 degree Fall day. Call maintenance but they where unable to fix it. There solution was a box fan and open all the windows and doors. Another issue was the 1 floor shower. The Hot/Cold water control did not work, only very hot water would come out. Also water would not turn off completely. Lastly the Bedroom door
was off its hinges and leaning up against a wall in the Kitchen. All that being said it is a Very nice condo in a great Location but just need a little fixing up.

To get a two-bedroom condo with two bedrooms without heat in the middle of winter is not my ideal vacation. I requested a maintenance person to fix it but I waited 6 hours without someone showing up. From the second try a person came but was not able to fix it, just provided us with an electric space heater and said that he would request a more qualified person for tomorrow. Nobody showed up so we were left with a space heater through the end of stay.

The location was fantastic, the unit was cute and clean, and the space worked well for 4 adults. Our adult children liked the pool and hot tub, and the ski valet was extremely convenient. We had great food at El Sabor, which is in the building. The amenities and the friendly, helpful staff really added to the experience. We’d definitely choose to stay here next time!

The pictures online are nice, but they don't do this unit justice. You can lay in bed with your head on the pillow and see both the creek and the mountains. You can leave your window open and listen to the water flow.
