Just right for the two of us. Enjoyed the gas fireplace in the evening. King bed was very comfy. Really enjoyed listening to the creek below and the sounds of nature while having evening wine and morning coffee in the sun room!

This little cabin was very clean and cozy. We absolutely loved the sunroom with the river view! The neighborhood was quiet and very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

The cabin was absolutely perfect. Location could not get closer to the park. We could’ve walked to the Smoky Mountains national park entrance! Excellent communication from beginning to end. It was an incredible trip and I will be back.

The cabin is great, very nice and the location is perfect for avoiding the heavy tourist area and good access to the Smokies.

This was our second stay here and it was just as enjoyable as the first. Just enough privacy to feel secluded, but still close to shopping, restaurants, etc. The sun room is absolutely wonderful with a fantastic view of the river. We will be back!!

I enjoyed a short stay at The Little River Cabin while joining with family at a nearby campground to celebrate the Labor Day weekend. It was very comfortable and was the perfect, peaceful destination to escape to at day's end. Spent long mornings on the beautiful sun porch before heading out for the day - my favorite feature of the property! Wish I could have stayed longer and hope to come back soon!

Beautiful, clean, cozy quiet little place to stay. Other reviews wrote that it’s at a Campground. Yes you do see the campers across the water. we enjoyed watching the rafters, floating down the water. The trees provided enough privacy from the campground. They were no concern. The view from the sun porch is just lovely. There is easy access to the water. perfect little cabin, clean and stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed watching all the bunny, rabbits, running and playing They seem to be everywhere. Just so cute.

My husband and I booked a last minute mini vacation for our littlest kids and ourselves. It was super last minute, the host worked with us and was so kind. This cabin was absolutely perfect! Such a little gem out in the woods! From the moment we pulled up it felt like somewhere in a story book. We felt right at home. We loved it so much we decided to stay in for our first night and soak up the hot tub and the resort playground! The small children were amazed by the inter tubes as they went floating down the river. Dinner and breakfast from the sun room was just precious with the view of the river and the windows letting in perfect sunlight. My husband and I frequent the mountains often and have never enjoyed a stay so much! Perfect location outside of the hustle and bustle. Can’t wait to watch our kiddos grow up by this spectacular river and spending time on vacation in this quaint little cabin. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Great weekend at this cute little cabin, whichis located right outside the boundaries of the smoky mountain national park… Fantastic location.

We loved staying at this cabin! It was such a source of comfort to come home from long days of hiking in Great Smoky Mountains National Park. We went as the remnants of Hurricane Nicole came through the area, so the hikes were cold and wet. Coming home to the timed fireplace to warm us up and the three season room gave us plenty of space to dry our clothes. The location was perfect. Right outside of the park entrance gave us scenic drives into and out of the park, morning views on the Little River with coffee as we planned out hikes, and less than 5 minutes from a brewery, distillery, grocery store and gas station- could not be more convenient!

the shower was very small and the kitchen needs updating for the price that we paid but the view made it worth it

This was a very clean property, and the owner was very easy to communicate with. I really enjoyed the stay and hope to be back.

I hate leaving mediocre reviews. The house is cute, and I like the patio and the river behind it. However, the house is not very clean, and I did not even find shampoo. The bedding is too thin and not comfortable. The location is really not ideal, because there is an RV resort just facing the patio, and you will not be able to feel the forest cabin vibe. The more serious problem comes from the air; because there is an RV resort, the air is filled with smoke and you will not breathe the air that you expect to breathe in smoky mountains. The air quality really makes the patio and the river wasted because you cannot open the windows to enjoy the view and breeze. The cabin is cute, but the location is really not ideal. No dishwasher but you are expected to wash all dishes before leaving. With this price range, I think you are able to find some nicer ones.

I am so pleased with this property, it exceeded my expectations! It is truly a quaint cottage, perfect for a getaway with your partner! My husband and I were spoiled for our birthdays and this was amazing! The mini arcade immediately took my husband’s attention and the view is amazing. The kitchen had everything I needed other than groceries (obviously) to make a wonderful birthday dinner, I was very pleased with everything in the cabin! Definitely planning on coming back for this property. Kristina was a lovely host, communicated everything you could think of before you could ask it, and was so wonderful to rent from. Thank you Kristina for a lovely stay!

The cabin was splendid my wife and I really needed this little vacation and it's a perfect spot being on the Little River we would like to come back with our 14-year-old and 9-year-old granddaughters they will absolutely love it thank you so much againe definitely going to come back if you'll have us Thank you so much for sharing God bless you all!

Stayed two nights while I was in the area for business. Location was perfect and the cabin was just what I needed…great spot to work, comfortable bed, coffee & TV options. The sun room is a 10+ and I particularly loved Trout spotting during my morning coffee 🐟

What an amazing cabin!!!! The view is to die for and the cabin was very clean. We really enjoyed visiting our family in Maryville and watching the TN Vols on the TV with cable. The pac-man machine tapped into our inner child years! Lol! We will definitely be back!

This property was perfect for us. During the days we were helping with a large 5k/half marathon, and The Little River Cabin was the perfect getaway just a mile from the excitement. The porch swing and 4-season room were my favorites. The hot tub, after being on our feet from 3:30a until 12:30p in the pouring rain, gave us back the energy to enjoy Townsend, Everybody talks about Peaceful Social but we preferred The Abbey a little further down the road. We will definitely be back.

We had an incredible time at this peaceful and beautiful riverfront cabin. It was the perfect place for my husband and I to unwind and relax. We spent the days hiking through the Smokey Mountains and soaking in the refreshing river! The house was so comfortable and well equipped. This was the sweetest cabin, furnished so nice, comfortable bed and very clean. We enjoyed setting outside watching children and adults float and play in the river and the sweet laughter of children in the campground across the river brought back many memories camping with our own children years ago. Perfect place to celebrate our anniversary.

This little cabin has everything you need and much more! It was a splendid experience. We relaxed in the great sun room. The kitchen was stocked with everything we forgot. Everything was so nice and clean, and was so lovely! We will be coming back here again going forward! Easy and great communication with the owners of property. Property was quiet and a hidden gem. LOVED IT!
