We really enjoyed the condo and resort. Everything you need. Check in is easy enough, staff was very friendly but they do require you to go to a back room for a parking pass and while issuing the parking pass they begin giving a sales pitch. I had to speak out and let the guy know we had a show and dinner plans and just needed the parking pass. It was uncomfortable and the man giving the parking pass seemed offended by my straight forward statement. I was just put off by the very awkward situation to just get a parking pass and wondered why it was not given at the check in counter to save time and avoid that situation all together. That is no reflection on the condo or accommodations they are excellent and we had a wonderful time.

This property is beautiful. The stay was peaceful.

we have been staying there for the last 5 years and it is perfect. we come as three families and rent 3 units. we are connected but everybody has their own kitchen, bath and living area. That gives space to sleep for the children in our family. Angelina at the front desk was amazing. We had forgotten our pack & play and she made sure one was delivered and set up in the units. everybody is super friendly and helpful.

This location allowed two families to share the same area yet have separate space as well. Definitely was exactly what we needed for our trip. There are several activities that kept us busy on our down time. Would love to stay here again if needed!

We stayed at the beginning of July and couldn’t have been more thankful to have excellent A/C. The space was clean with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Was not prepared for a timeshare pitch when we checked in, so that wasn’t great. Otherwise, no complaints.

Rented three adjoining condos for vacation. The condos were clean and well maintained. I texted with the host, Shannon, and he was polite and helpful. The pool was nice and clean and cold. I had to wait in line at check-in about 15 to 20 minutes. That wasn't too bad, people were working. After the check-in, I was told that I had to go down the hall for my parking passes. Why couldn't they give me the paper parking pass at check-in? Well ,it is because the parking passes were being given out by a travel/booking agent. They wanted you to hear their spill about ticket discounts, etc. NOT COOL! It was 90 degrees outside and I had children waiting. I went back to the front desk and spoke with the manager, Jacob, and asked if I really had to wait on them to get a parking pass. He apologized and said that yes, I had to get it from them and that yes I had to have a pass in my window to park there. There were three agents working and several people waiting. I was quite angry. This was absolutely never disclosed that I would have to endure a sales pitch. I paid full price for the condos, this was not a freebie thing at all!!! Everyone in line was grumbling. When it was my turn I told them that I just wanted my parking passes, that I did not need any tickets. The young man was polite and while filling out the parking passes still gave a little spill. There were about 15 people still in that line when I left. Great, clean condo and yet I will never stay here again.

We had 3 couples stay, we were able to eat meals together in large kitchen , played card games at big dining table and eat he movies main living room. Each couple able to go to their own apartment for bed or nap bath, laundry and just quiet time. Swimming pool hot tub was very nice.

We got in late and thr keys didn't work 1st off. Then found the first room had no heat . We called the front office twice and they told us a maintenance person would be over to check it out. We never seen anyone in the 4 days we were there. The cabinets in the kitchen were off the hinges. We found trash behind the dresser and under the beds. There was no blankets for beds at winter time. Overall was not impressed.

Very much enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were nice and spacious. Units were well stocked and what we didn’t have housekeeping quickly brought to us. We will return!!!

It worked out great for our family of 10. Enjoy having separate apartments. Thanks for a great stay Can't wait until our next stay in early spring

Accommodation was perfect for the large family we had giving each family their own space yet allowing us all to be together under one roof.

Great location, good amenities, parking was good. The resort staff were friendly and efficient. The units were comfy and had all necessities. The units were clean but not pristine and really needed a good polishing and a scrub down.. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay and will most likely stay again.

One of the easiest and relaxing vacations. Having everything available for cooking and cleaning up after kids, what a huge relief. Being about to sweep up when a kid drops some gold fish or vacuum before putting a baby on the floor to crawl. Park and pool was also great for wearing kids out right before bed. Tub was also a huge hit for the kids and adults. Just a great place for the price!

We went through Vrbo to rent Condo for 3 nights. It was totally awesome! The accommodations were top notch and we had plenty of space for the whole family. Easy check-in and super easy check-out!! Will use again!

We stayed during the Fourth of July weekend and everyone enjoyed their stay. The pool, fitness center, and playground are nice and within walking distance. There were two large jacuzzi tubs and two separate full bathrooms. The large table in the main suite was perfect for family meals saving us some money instead of eating out. If we go back to Branson we will definitely stay here again!

Apon check in I had to get a parking pass. The guy starts to fill it out, then stops and proceeded to get me to sign up for a stormy point time share. I told him my schedule we where there for a wrestling tournament. then he tried to get me to miss part of the tournament to be part of a sales pitch. Not so funny thing they already got my mother-in-law for $60,000.00 to be a member. She called to get rooms for us, They said they where booked up. I went on to VRBO and booked this place. Didn't know it was part of her sold out Time Share. I really liked the place just not the sales pitch, and the Time Share part.
