3 generations celebrating nana’s 60th
More than enough room with large common area with great views and access to beach or stay at property at pool and hot tub. Great property mgt team and communications making for an excellent stay. We are precious plantation property owners and renters for 4 decades. This property is excellent. 3 homes side by side in close proximity but this did not create issues for us.

The Osprey was a wonderful house with an ideal setting and wonderful layout. The house is well appointed with the benefits of both privacy and togetherness as you wish. It really was well thought out in design. It’s spacious with plenty of seating both inside and out. Even the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, a fabulous ice machine and two coffee makers.
It would be hard to find a complaint, but if I did it would be lack of hair dryers and no shelf in the shower. I’m sure the owners will fix this soon.

There were 15 of us in the house. There was plenty of room, beds were extremely comfortable, lots of kitchen supplies, nice pool, and excellent location. The only thing that was somewhat annoying is that the neighbors were very close. There were three families staying in the house next door and they had several kids under 3 years old - so it was very loud. The kids were up early and were escorted outside onto the patios/decks where they played like little kids (running and screaming). I don’t sleep in, but some members of my family wanted to be able to sleep in but couldn’t due to the noise. That is the only complaint that any of us had. We had a wonderful vacation in a very beautiful home right on the beach.

Probably won’t go again
Several issues with the property will probably keep me from going back. Hot tub advertised , on back order not there. Semi-private walk to beach last step was so high from the ground that the young kids had to crawl down and the older ones couldn’t go to the beach from the walk way by our house. They did fix it when I called and complained. They do not make the top bunk beds.
