Tony was terrific! Communication was prompt, the few times I reached out. The property was clean and extremely well stocked for all of our needs. I would certainly stay here again!

It was the perfect spot for myself and my 2 cats who had to be out of our home for a few days while my home was rented for termites. The host was marvelous. Always available if needed and went the extra mile to offer to help me with my move in as well as let me go beyond the checkout time to move back out. All in all it was a most pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it.

Musty and moldy, stained sheets with holes, etc, etc. we stayed two hours and host wouldn’t refund any money. Never again.

Spotless organized and charming, tony was great with recommendations and was right there if we needed him. The bungalow included all the necessities and then some tony has thought of everything, bed super comfy, we will be back

This property had everything we needed. Clean, good location within walking distance to restaurants and well stocked with all of the essentials. Easy check in and great communication with owner. Perfect location for attending spring training. Definitely recommend this property as we have no complaints at all.

Good sized place with outdoor area. Location wise your minutes from downtown Palm Harbor, another few from Dunedin… no shortage of things to do close by. Had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This is a great little space with super location. Host was easy to work with and the room was just as listed. Only thing that needs updating is the overly soft bed, but that’s just our personal taste.

The location is perfect, the outside area was adorable, so well designed and private. The only thing I would have needed was closet space, otherwise this was a perfect little studio! Host was very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend.

just what we needed

We just loved our stay here. For us, everything from our family nearby and our favorite spots to visit, made it easy to come and go and we got a lot in each day. The only thing we can think of was there was 1 wash cloth, no biggie just went out next am and picked some up, sorry didn't leave behind, needed new ones at home anyway:~) My husband mentioned maybe a fan would be nice to have in addition to the air cond. so could use directly towards bed when needed, although he sweats terrible. It was hard to leave and head back home. For sure want to come back here to stay if welcomed. Maybe even meet Tony. THANK YOU SO MUCH, The Jefts:~)

Very nice

This place was very unique. It looks like either an addition to a pre-fab/mobile home, or they walled off a room so that there is no direct access to the main home. Either way, it's an interesting use of space. It's small but configured in such a way that there is a large bed, comfy couch, table and chairs, kitchen and tv all within an area that has surprisingly a decent amount of space. Like any place of this type, this one has some positives and negatives. Addressing the negatives first, they seem to be mostly related to the kitchen area. Now I understand that this is a studio and space is at a premium but there is virtually no counter space at all. This didn't really matter to me because I just got food while out and wanted to reheat leftovers, but I have no idea how anyone could actually make a meal here. This is a minor point, but worth noting. Of larger concern was that the microwave and toaster oven did not work. I tried to use the microwave and it started to work, but after about 30 seconds it made a loud popping sound and shut down, and I couldn't get it to restart. I tried to use the toaster oven and though it appeared to be working, it never actually heated up at all. I tried every setting and it would never warm up, perhaps a busted heating element? So I ended up eating leftovers cold. One other minor complaint is that the A/C was not turned on before my arrival, so when I first arrived the place was like a sauna inside (this is Florida after all). There is no central A/C, it's a wall mounted unit so it took awhile to get the room cooled down after I turned it on. Also, the TV has no cable so make sure you have a streaming service before. On the positive side, in addition to the unique use of space, the bathroom was way larger than I expected with lots of room and a large shower. Not cramped at all like in a lot of small accommodations. In addition, the owner has fenced the property in such a way that the unit has its own private driveway up to the front door, and its own private backyard area with a table and swing. I spent one evening on the swing with a glass of wine under some large oak trees, it was very serene. This unit is located in a totally residential area, and it was extremely quiet, I never had an issue with any noise. Also, there is a really nice state park with beaches and hiking trails, restaurants, movie theater, shopping mall, etc., all within a 10 min drive of the unit. Had a nice stay and would stay here again.

We loved our experience at Palm Harbor. The neighborhood was so quiet and picturesque, we walked to a few neighborhood bars / restaurants. Everyone we met were so welcoming. The apartment was smaller had everything we needed. It was perfect size for us 2. Thank you for all the extra towels! I had an amazing time for our first trip to Florida, thank you again! Side note: We are in our mid 30s and it seemed like palm harbor was more of a retirement town but 10 minutes drive the town of Dunedin was so much fun. 30 minutes out Clearwater was busy but beautiful.

Quietest neighborhood you will ever stay in. Short walk to quaint entertainment district, about 10 minutes. Nice little sitting area in back with gas grill. Don't know why we ever wasted our money on the expensive tiny little B&B's in Dunedin. Ten minute drive to Tarpon or Dunedin and about 5 to Honeymoon Island. Only minor complaint is there was no area to hang clothes and did not find a iron & board although they may have been there. That said we may try and contact the owner to arrange a 30-45 day stay.

Access was easy! Privacy was amazing and the room has everything you could need! Bed is super comfy! Would definitely stay here again!
