This condo is exactly as described! It's location was specifically great for our group as we brought our boat and is super close to the boat ramp. It's also right across the driveway from the tiki bar and watching the golfers while enjoying a cup of morning coffee in the front porch was fun too. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We had a great time on our vacation. We enjoyed the time with our family. This was our second year staying in Arkdale. I can honestly say that there will be a third year in 2025 with additional family members!

Condo is very clean and nicely decorated with updated appliances. Great view of Hole 3 green. Location is right next to the Tiki Bar where we had a great time both nights. The Northern Bay Resort area is a beautiful area right on Castle Rock Lake.
We had 2 issues with our stay. The first was the AC. It would not get cool in the condo. We were able to deal with it however since we were only there 2 nights. The second was our key cards did not work on Day 2.
I called the host David and he daud that management must have got thevdates wrong and therefore our key cards did not work. We were able to go in and out through the patio door on fay 2.
David the host was very accessible by phone and helped out a lot.

This location is sublime! it is off to the side, right across from the tiki bar. You don't hear it inside, so no worries on noise. The condo is perfect! we only spent nights here, since we were always out and about. The renters are amazing with communication. Very homely and comfortable place! we will be coming back to this resort!

We love staying there, it's very clean and well maintained. It is one of the best verbo's in the area. A couple of things that I would change is the placement of the master bedroom TV. Too low for viewing while laying down. King size bed would be great as well
