The house is really nice we were out of electricity for a couple of hours because of hurricane debby but host were amazing at solving any problems for us!

We were pleasantly surprised to see the home exceeded our expectations upon arrival. Due to my own confusion, I had to call the host and have her explain to me how to enter via keyless entry (even though her emailed instructions were very clear) and she answered immediately and was so kind and helpful. The home and pool were immaculate! We quickly felt at home during our stay at the Flamingo house.

We enjoyed our stay at the Flamingo House. Everything was very clean and in working order. The bathrooms were newly remodeled. We enjoyed the pool on warm days (beach towels were also provided!) and used the kitchen for a few meals. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Apollo Beach activities. We would stay here again.

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for us. Parents in one bedroom, kids in the twin beds, grandparents in another. Everyone raved about the comfort of the mattresses. The extra door to the living room gave peace of mind when littles went to sleep so the adults could still watch tv. The pool was fabulous and having green space to kick a ball was great. It was so nice to not have to worry about extras, like toilet paper, plastic bags, laundry detergent, all those little extras you have to worry about when renting a house. Stuff for the beach, toys and books for the little kids, this house had it all. Great base for all of our Tampa, Bradenton visits. The only con I heard all trip was that the bathroom was a bit through the house if you need to use it while in the pool.

Sliders to back porch did not lock. Pool was not heated. Beds were not comfortable. Garage half full of boxes. Street was very busy! Positives were host is across the street and was very helpful. Provided a couple items we needed very quickly. Very pleasant people. Spacious house.

We were in town for a family wedding. The home we rented was extremely clean and well laid out for what we needed. It was close to everything in Apollo Beach and felt very private.

This property suited our needs perfectly. It was clean and in the location we needed. Very responsive hosts. My only recommendation is to have more toilet paper on hand. There was an extra roll in each bathroom, but it was not sufficient for the needs of three women.

It had been years since my boys had seen there grandma and aunt. We decided to stay at the flamingo house. It was much more than we had expected.

Great stay. Owner was easy to talk to, very up front and agreeable. Place was cozy and clean - great AC because it was hot!!! Had a great time with my family (Teens and adults - 6 people).

Our 2 week stay at Flamingo house was exactly the winter get away we hoped for. The house is very clean and well stocked with everything that we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. It was great to start our days in the lanai and relaxing in and around the pool and winding down grilling our dinner with the grill provided ( a huge plus was the extra propane tank waiting in the garage ). The location has many good restaurants, beaches, and local attractions minutes away. It is also less than a 1 hour drive to Tampa/St. Pete or Saratoga or any place in between.
Pete and Linda are exceptional host quick to respond and go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

This was our first VRBO experience and we were extremely satisfied. The home was immaculate, comfortable beds, fully stocked with everyday needs and we especially liked the neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool and the close proximity to sites we wanted to visit. We would highly recommend it!

We recently stayed at the Flamingo House while visiting family. The house size worked well for my in-laws, husband, infant son, and me. The provided pack-n-play was essential for our baby's sleep and even had a fitted sheet. I had naively packed us swimsuits, but the pool was too cold for our preference. A few issues came up during our stay, one being a need for replacement bathing towels. Luckily, the owners responded to our texts and addressed them as they live nearby. I will agree with another reviewer who suggested new cushioned furniture. They are less comfy than they look and tricky to get out of (especially when holding a baby). Wasn't a deal breaker though.

The description accurately summarized the property - it was everything we expected and more. It was nicely supplied with ample towels, linens, soaps etc. the owners have also provided all the amenities you could need for a trip to the beach or even to keep young children entertained. We also appreciated the tourist guide pamphlets available.

We stayed during a training we had to attend nearby and it was a lovely place to come home to every day. Beds were very comfortable and the pool is really nice. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed for our simple breakfasts and a few dinners. Grocery stores and a few restaurants are close. We explored Apollo Beach reserve a few times and that was a quick drive away. Neighborhood felt safe and was lovely and easy to access from where our training was. Evolve was great to work with before booking answering our questions.

We totally enjoyed our stay! Property was convenient, clean and everything we needed was already there.
We recommend getting better seating in the livingroom and a better mattress for the master. We would stay again!

We very much enjoyed our time at the flamingo house. Husband had meetings for the week and I felt very safe in a nice quiet neighborhood my 3 year old enjoyed the pool everyday and walking to the Rec center to enjoy the park and splash pad.

Fantastic House and Location
We had five wonderful days at the "Flamingo House" in Apollo Beach. The house was super clean and all furnishings are of high quality. We absolutely loved the backyard pool, which is brand new. The owners went out of their way to make the house warm and inviting. The location is also fantastic.... in a nice quiet neighborhood, where we enjoyed taking evening walks. It's close to beautiful beaches and there is a nice selection of stores and restaurants. We look forward to staying there again.
