Great location within walking distance to downtown and beaches. It was a wonderful stress-free week spent with our kids and their friends, safe environment which allowed them to cycle around and have alot of fun.

We enjoyed the house very much. Very clean, lots of TV's, nice pool--everything for all ages. The golf cart was very helpful. We wish there had been a cut through path from the house to the beach--not sure if that could be made possible.
We had a wonderful stay. We will certainly recommend this property to our family and friends.

We spent a week with friends and had a great time. This house is large enough for our 3 families and the location is perfect. Short golf cart ride to seaside and beach and overall very convenient. Will book again!

The pool was green upon arrival, pool company came out quickly , but we couldn’t use it for 3 days due to chemicals. Air conditioning system was working properly, but it would not turn off/on. Called and after two visits it was corrected. Kitchen supplies are out dated as well

Overall the property met our basic needs. 1 additional bathroom is needed for the number the property accommodates. It is not a craftsman style home. Structure has substandard to standard quality materials. Furnishings were quaint but the dresser drawers were a challenge. All of the kitchen utensil, pot and pans need replacing. Poor quality and falling apart. The property is at the end of a long dirt road and is not ready that beach accessible. The golf cart only seats 4. It was 15 of us 7 adults 8 children ages 3-15. We will not rebook because of distant to beach and town.

The property was amazing, and had such a great layout! It is a perfect location close to the beach and having access to the bikes in the golf cart was amazing. The pool is so nice and the beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, so that was wonderful because we cooked a lot rather than going out to eat for every meal. It would be great for more than one family to share and it has bedrooms both on the first floor and on the second floor. It has a nice downstairs area for the kids to be able to watch TV separately from adults as well. We had a great spring break and thank you so much for sharing your house with us!

This house was beautiful! Had plenty of space for all of us plus some. Heated pool was especially nice since temps were below 50 when we got there.

Upscale property. Everyone the stayed was impressed. Big living room. Kitchen is a little small. Nice size bedrooms. Plenty of parking. Nice pool area.

We had a large family group and the house accommodated us all. The golf cart came in very handy to get to the beach but the home also came with 8 bicycles which were great as well. The home was well equipped with beach towels, beach chairs and other floats so we wanted for nothing! The house also came with plenty of pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. We loved the large couch in the living room and the large kitchen table. It was perfect for socializing and lounging. My only complaint would be the tv's should be on a guest Roku account and we had trouble with one of the remotes. Other than that, perfection!

Luxury Seaside Vacation!
Our family of 5 stayed in this home in June 2022 with another family of 4 plus 2 friends; total 11 guests. The house was absolutely beautiful and there was SO much room (we could've invited another family of 4 and still had plenty of room). All of the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels to supply all bathrooms without having to wash a bunch during our stay. Kitchens, living rooms and washer/dryers both upstairs and downstairs were very convenient. The pool was a wonderful bonus when we were tired of beach time. And, the home came with access to 6 bicycles and a golf cart, which we used extensively for trips to the beach or to the town area. Overall, highly recommend this property for multi-family trips and would definitely stay here again.
