This rental was just a few minute walk to the beach. The location couldn't have been better. The inside shower is a little small but the shower outside was very private so I just used that instead. We would book this rental again for sure.

This is a great little cottage! Clean and comfy! David and Lisa are great hosts and check on with you to make sure everything is going well for you! Our weather was not great by any means, but having this place made it better! It is located out of the traffic. Carousel Market is right down the street and has everything you need for food and alcohol. Charcoal grill outback was great. Highly recommend renting from David and Lisa! They have several choices. Can't wait for next trip!

We loved every minute of our stay. We loved no stairs or elevators. We could be on the beach in 3 minutes...and that was waiting on a car to pass so we could cross the street. The kitchen area was perfect and we had everything we needed! We love older houses, so we felt very cozy. Not a critique- but the shower is TINY and if you are short (I'm 5'6"), the shower head is really high and it's a little difficult to not get hair wet. But not a complaint! Just know there is no sharing the bathroom. Only 1 at a time can be using that space. We also brought our Roku stick and were able to watch our streaming services at night! I am a reader, so the couch and chairs were cozy for reading on our rainy days. Would love one more lamp in the living room- but we would just borrow a bedroom lamp. Overall we would absolutely stay here again and again!!! Super easy no contact rental process! We had neighbors with 3 small children and we barely heard them, so it is a very quiet duplex space. Loved the keyless entry and parking area. We will be back!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfy and like others said, the indoor shower small. Loved how easy it was to access the beach. The area was pretty quiet and laid back but only a short drive to entertainment. We will definitely be staying again!

We loved everything about our stay at Oleander Beach Cottage! The house so clean and had everything we needed to cook meals and snacks. The back porch is a great place to enjoy along with the grill and outdoor games. The location of the house is absolutely the best! It is directly across from the beach access boardwalk. The walk to the beach was so close which made it the perfect stay! David and Lisa were super people and checked on us several times. Don’t hesitate to book this great property! We have already talked about returning!

This little duplex was perfect for my husband and I. Just the right size with everything we could have ever needed... beach towels, kitchen stuff, beach toys and chairs, etc. The bed was so large and so comfortable, it was like sleeping on clouds. We also loved the location, far enough away from the crazy part of PCB, but close enough that we were able to ride our bikes there for fun. The hosts David and Lisa were amazing! Always prompt to answer any questions when we contacted them. I can't wait till we can go back and enjoy the beach again! Hopefully the weather will be better next time we go; that was the only negative. Thanks David and Lisa!

We had THE BEST TIME at Oleander Cottage! It was so convenient to have the beach access directly across the street, and it was so easy to go to and from the beach with our 10 month old. There was plenty of room beside the bed for the pack and play that we brought. We've already recommended this place to our family as it is in a quiet area with no large condos around.

The property managers were caring professionals that provided us with a super clean home stocked with amenities. Bed super comfy. As they advise, shower is very small but I opted for the outdoor shower that has hot water and it was fine. This is in a low traffic area right across street from the beach. Kitchen is nicely stocked. It is just a really quaint little property away from the Panama City craziness. Thank you so much Lisa and David!!!

Cottage was just as described. Owners checked in with us throughout the week to ensure we had everything we needed. Yes, the shower is tiny but there’s an outside shower that’s private. Our concern is always noise and this cottage is super quiet and you can not hear the neighbors! Lisa offered several great dining options and other must see and do things that were perfect!

We absolutely LOVED this spot! I will say it would be awkward if you didn't know the people staying in the other side of it, the shared patio and laundry was kinda odd. We knew the people staying next to us so it was perfect! When they say the shower inside is small, it's SMALL! The outdoor shower is great unless it's storming 🤣. We would definitely stay here again!

I rented the cottage for two weeks and it was amazing and magical. It's equipped with everything needed, clean, and comfortable!

We had an exceptional stay at the cottage. The Location was wonderful, the cottage was clean and well maintained, and our host graciously text multiple times during our week long stay to make sure our needs and expectations were met! The outside patio area and yard kept the little ones entertained when we weren’t on the beach. We will definitely be back to this wonderful beach home. We loved the slower pace of the community.

Location is right across the street from the beach. Quiet, tranquil area. Apartment well kept and clean, although less space than I was expecting. Internet worked great which was a key concern as had work to do. Hosts were conscience and responsive.

We absolutely loved our 2 week stay! Our favorite part was only a 30 second walk to the beach and the VRBO hosts were so nice and accommodating! We will definitely rent again!

My Oleander Cottage West stay was fantastic. The cottage was clean, convenient to the beach and provided all the amenities you would need. The booking, check in and check out process was very efficient.

The pandemic did not deter us from having a great stay at this cozy cottage. It’s perfect for a couple or a small Family. The Sample’s thought of everything that one might need on their trip. The cottage was fully equipped and decorated nicely. I know a few people have left reviews complaining about the small shower, it was small but the outdoor shower worked great and was great for showering after the beach. I honestly liked staying here instead of a condo on the beach, I actually felt like our walk to the beach took less time even though we were across the street. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this property again.

I could not be more pleased with our overall experience with David & Lisa. From our communication with them to the property itself everything was just a breeze. We enjoyed our stay at the Oleander Cottage & look forward to booking future stays with them as well. They clearly have a 5 star rating for a reason & well deserved. We stay in pcb every year in September & usually at a high end fancy crowded resort this year we chose to stay at the far end of the beach were it's a little less crowded due to cov19 and we were extremely happy with our choice! Absolutely loved it! Will rent it again. Only downfall I’d say was shower is small but other than that it was beautiful and clean. Right across from access to beach. They had chairs and umbrellas and even toys for my son to play with.

Property was located in a great place right across from beach. Neighbors were all friendly and beach was beautiful. Inside shower is tiny, but the outdoor shower (with warm water) is a cool experience. Property Manager was very easy to work with and wants to make sure you are well taken care of. Planning to stay here in the future for sure.

The bath was the big surprise and disappointment. We liked the area, easy to get around and quiet. The bath a deal breaker for me. The place is on a whole is very cute and clean.
