I cannot recommend this vacation home highly enough. The house is beautifully decorated and the host provided almost everything we needed for our beach vacation, including beach chairs, sunscreen , towels, toys, coolers, and even a beach wagon. It is close to several beaches but the pool and hot tub are also great if you decide to stay home.It was our first trip to Clearwater and Grazina made it a great experience!

Excellent spot for family time! The house is perfectly layed out for everyone to enjoy. We stayed at the house several mornings and had a full pool day! It was fantastic! The space is outstanding. Beds are comfy. Kitchen is fun to cook in and the grill tops it off. Amazing host. Grazina is responsive and kind. Check out was simple and easy.

We loved the house. The actual house was larger than what was shown in the pictures. The living rooms had a nice vibe to them. The pool and yard were fantastic. We loved the beds - they were well made and soft. The kitchen had a lovely selection of drink glasses and bar accessories. Most of all, the host was very easy to communicate with. Any questions we had regarding the house or checking/out were answered promptly.
The trip was amazing, we loved the house, and we loved how easy it was to talk with the host. 10/10 would rent again.

This home is spectacular and perfect for a family gathering! The beds are so comfortable and home has a great decor! The pool area is amazing and hot tub a favorite! We had an absolutely fantastic time at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless thanks to the host's clear and helpful directions. The house exceeded our expectations in every way – it was spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The backyard oasis with its pristine pool and ample seating was a highlight for us, providing the ideal setting for relaxation and family fun.
The attention to detail throughout the property was remarkable, from the comfortable beds to the thoughtful provision of amenities like towels, beach gear, sunscreen, and quality bath products. We had a group of 10 that mainly hung around the house for a week. The pool area and backyard were perfect for us. The house was well equipped and the dual living rooms gave us space to divide up and let the kids do their own thing.
Most importantly, Grazina was an amazing host. Any questions or concerns I had were answered within five minutes.
I highly recommend this property.

The house has everything you could want and more. Every detail has been thought of and the host does not skimp. Grazina is quite possibly the most responsive host I have ever worked with! She provided a long tourist document filled with everything we needed to know about the location, things to do, places to eat, etc. I would highly recommend this rental! It had lots of space. We loved sitting by the pool by day and using the hot tub by night. Amazing vacation!

The house was amazing !!! The pool and hot tub or a huge hit with our kids!!! the beach was only a seven minute drive and it was clean and had very clear water. We had a few minor problems when we checked in and the host was so responsive and fixed everything immediately. I would recommend this place for families. It has everything that you could need. We will definitely be back.😃😃

This house was so cheerfully decorated and clean. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Beds were comfortable and pool area was fantastic. We were surprised there was almost no traffic heading to the beach, stores and restaurants. Great location to all. Thank you for having us!

Clean, roomy, beautiful, safe nice neighborhood, very close to everything, every last detail was thought through, everything you could possibly need, and more. Grazina was a superb host. We had the best vacation here during our Spring Break! The house has everything you could possibly need. Grazina was amazing to work with and very friendly! We loved the pool, hot tub, Pac Man game and all the beds were so comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and we were a short distance to the beach and lots of shops. Plenty of room inside so everyone had space!
The outside pool area was amazing, we spent all our time at the house enjoying the pool, patio, hot tub, bar, eating area and turf area for kids to play football!!!

This was the best VRBO I have stayed at, it had everything you could need and more. The home and backyard were decorated so perfectly and really made you feel like your own a vacation. The host, Grazina, was so friendly and super responsive. She provided lots of detail about the area and things to do. 10 out of 10! I would definitely stay here again.

I have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and this one is at the top of my list. Great communication from the owner. The house is just as pictured, fully stocked kitchen, lots of towels for the pool and bathrooms, lots of great beach supplies. The backyard and pool Great location in a quiet neighborhood close to many beaches and lots of amazing restaurants.

The house provided everything we needed. We did have some issues with the a/c not keeping the house cool enough but the owner gave us some help with the issue. She was very quick to respond with anything we needed.
