This is a very cute and well decorated unit. The check in was seamless, but there was a miscommunication at the management level and the unit had not been cleaned. After contacting the host, a cleaner arrived shortly, and I went to dinner. The manager called it a “freshening” and that’s about what it was. There was hair in the tub, and dirt on the floor. The bed was made, the wet towels were removed, but there was only ONE towel left in the bathroom. No hand towels or washcloths. Only one bath towel, and no bath mat. I contacted the host after my visit and explained my issues and they wrote me a nice letter of apology, but no offer to discount any part of my visit. This is not an inexpensive property and for the price it should be perfect.

Loved the place just expect communication from host short of automated emails. Accidentally selected one to many nights tried to contact them with no luck. Tried to see if I could check in a little early no response. Again place and location worked for me but host communication is non existent

Stayed here as one of multiple VRBOs and hotels for month long stay in Sheridan area while working remotely and escaping to play (hike and fly fish). All three VRBO listings were by Dalton Goodyear and they didn’t disappoint. This was my favorite as it was perfect place to start the day grabbing coffee a short walk away, and to call home after a late dinner at restaurant just down the street.

The property is just steps off of Main Street and was tidy and clean for my arrival. When I had a random question for the host, he immediately replied with the answer. I felt very safe in the unit and overall neighborhood.

If you are wanting to shop downtown Sheridan. This is the place. You can walk to all the shops and dining. You have your own parking spot. It takes a lot of the hassles out of Holiday shopping.

Great location, easy walking access to downtown Sheridan and driving throughout the region. Facility not 100% ready for our arrival - bathroom should have been cleaned better.

We love Sheridan and come every year! This location was modern, clean, and a great location. I love being downtown close to everything. I would highly recommend this place!

Loved this clean and easily located spot.

The check-in process was very easy, the location was fantastic (one block from Main Street), and the apartment was very comfortable and decorated really nicely. My only complaint is that we couldn’t connect to the internet and by the time we realized it, we decided it was too late to bother the manager with an “emergency” call. We couldn’t bring up any of the streaming services on the TV and we’re just not interested in cable. Other than that, we loved it and would stay here again.

It was an amazing stay! My boyfriend and I were traveling through on our way back to Colorado, and it was a perfect location to rest, and continue our drive the next day! Pictures were very accurate to photos on website, and location was amazing!
