This place was perfect for the 3 of us retired seniors who were in town for the Guardians game. The size and location was perfect for us. The house had everything we needed and the communication with Dan was always very prompt. We all would recommend the place to anyone !

Let me start by saying the owner was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. But this property was not as we expected. Long story short, we decided to leave and lose all our money rather than staying there.
As we got close to the property, we got really uneasy. The drive leading up to it was full of run down and boarded up shops, lots of trash and graffiti. The house itself sits right behind a row of these shops, right off a main road. I could sense our entire family was very uneasy.
When we got into the house, it was obvious that it had been smoked in. Several of our family members are very sensitive to smoke, so this was very disconcerting. The inside of the house itself is nice. But after a quick family discussion, we did not feel safe staying in the house. So, even knowing that we'd lose all our money for the stay, we got back into the car and headed for a hotel. The money was just not worth how physically and mentally uncomfortable we would have felt staying at the house.
We notified the owner, who was professional and apologetic, thanking us for our honest feedback.

Here in Cleveland for a mini-vacation and to see family. Great location and property had everything we needed. Would definitely come back 😊

The property was clean and comfortable to stay in. We all had plenty of space to relax. Added bonus was the driveway to park in, so we didn't have to try to find street parking.

My friends and I had a girls weekend in Cleveland. The house was great. We each like to have our own bedroom so this property worked well for us. The house was very clean and the owners were very responsive! We had a problem with the TV and they came right away to replace it with a new one!

A short trip into the city, and a great wine/cheese/deli/restaurant right around the corner.
Perfect amount of space in kitchen/living room for families and plenty of parking!
Plan on staying everytime we visit Cleveland.

check in was very easy once I've arrived, they had extra beds in each closet, the linen smelled clean in all areas, me and a couple girls did a spooky girls game night and it was just so roomy and felt like a home and smelled very nice, everything was clean no complaints, the neighbors were very sweet. We woke up and made breakfast it was plenty of silverware pots pans to use which was came in handy because we forgot to bring our own. We made sure we cleaned all the dishes in the dishwasher and put them away!
Sunday was very quiet and just a chill day. I would come back if I needed a vacation home! 100/10 recommend if you'd want a " place like home ".

We were in town for an athletic event. We were able to house two athletes, parents and a coach. We were pleased with the accommodation. We really liked being in a neighborhood and experiencing Cleveland as a local.

Located in a historic district, this property is close to many restaurants, bars and other attractions. Property was as advertised, clean, well maintained and host was extremely prompt with questions/minor problems.

Dan was very responsive and the property was in a great location for myself and a few friends in town for a Browns game. Gordon Square has a few restaurants/bars within a short walk. Uber downtown was cheap and quick. House had plenty of room for five adults (one of us slept on the living room couch). Plenty of parking space in driveway or on street.
