We felt completely at home in this lovely house. The rooms were comfortable and we were provided with everything we needed for a weeks stay. The kitchen was well equipped allowing us to cook whenever we wanted to eat in. We had three nights eating out in good local pubs all of which were easy to drive to from where we were staying. The beach and promenade were also a short drive away and we visited several other attractions with our children and their grandparents. We had no issues but our host was quick to reply to any queries we had. We were also very grateful to find a welcome pack when we arrived so we were able to have a cuppa straight away. There were lots of spare towels and toilet roll! There were extra blankets if you felt cold and a washing machine and rotary line so we could wash the ice cream off the children's clothes. The children loved running outside in the back garden which is level, fenced and secure so we didn't have to worry. The neighbourhood was so peaceful I kept worrying about us being the noisy ones but everyone we saw was friendly. The location is great for exploring South Devon and the local shops were a 2 minute drive away. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place suitable for a family holiday.

Donna's home was truly the best property we've stayed in around the world (we live in the US). The flat was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished and little touches like welcome gifts (for the kids as well!), Alexas placed around the house and a desk for us to work on were just added bonuses. The property is in a beautiful new development close to the beach, walking/running trails and a few shops for last minute needs. Donna was kind, responsive and helpful. I cannot recommend this property more. Thank you for a great stay!

A new and well cared for property with plenty of space to enjoy a lovely holiday in Exmouth including a nice sized garden Very well equipped and a short distance from the sea front and town. Local shops even closer. Parking for two cars. A very comfortable stay.

A well presented, spacious and well equipped modern residence. Very useable kitchen diner opening onto large rear garden with open and sunny aspect. Both children and adults loved it as equipped with bbq, wood burner, seating with parasol, sun beds and room to play. Very enjoyable holiday. Close to all amenities and

Donna’s place provided us with the ideal base for our holiday of two families. We loved exploring the local area (diggerland, Exeter) but also walking down to the beach and enjoying Exmouth. The house is very clean, modern with a good sized garden. Communication with owner spot on throughout.
