Absolutely loved this house! It was close to everything we needed, the street was quiet, house was decorated well and the bed was comfortable. I would recoms mmend this property friend.

First time staying in Panama City. Enjoyed all local activities. No complaints on accommodations, all was clean and comfortable! Would definitely recommend to anyone traveling for short or long stays! Pets were comfortable as well! See you next year❣️

We stayed here for 5 days with our two kids, ages 6 and 9. We absolutely loved it! The house was cute and comfy. It may seem small to most people but it was perfect size for us. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of closet and drawer space. It is a close walk to St Andrew’s Bay. We went there our first night and walked the little beach area there. There are plenty of grocery stores nearby. A very nice park is around the corner. We did not go bc it was too hot during our stay and I imagine the playground equipment was scorching. While here, we also went to St Andrew’s Park and Shell Island to swim. With traffic, it takes about 20-25 minutes to get to St. Andrew’s Park, the Shell Island Shuttle, or PCB. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. The street is a little small and not a lot of parking but this did not bother us at all. My husband drove his big truck and had no issues with parking. Monica communicated with me often prior to our trip and during. This was our first big vacation with just us and she was very helpful to me while I was planning things to do while on vacation. We didn’t have any issues in the home. Everything was clean. All the basic necessities were there for cooking and cleaning. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! (Six nights) The cottage was like a little home away from home. Nice neighbors and wonderful host. We didn’t want our stay to end! We had everything we needed and spent a lot of time just enjoying the property, Just what we needed. I look forward to our next stay!

Monica was an excellent host. Provided personal communication and an amazing, cozy little house that was just right for our family vacation. Wonderful decor and amenities. Location was great. Will definitely book again for our next trip to PCB!

Our host Monica was the best. We didn't have any problems locating the house. The house was clean and had everything we needed. When I asked Monica if a grill was available, she went and bought one. Not only did she supply a grill, she provided the utensils, charcoal and lighting fuel. I absolutely rate this listing a 5 star. Location was great, also.

My husband and son stayed while in town for baseball tournament and they had no complaints. They loved the beds and both said they slept amazing! Location was good for the ball fields- 15 min to one park and 25 to other. Monica sent a text chat with check in info and was available to answer questions that came up during their stay. It was a good stay and price for my 2 guys this week. Thx!

The owner is amazing , excellent communication, Cottage is as described. Had everything we needed. Owner available for any issues (but we didn’t have any). Beds were comfortable & linens provided. We were in town for the Ironman race and it was just what we needed. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and anything you need. Quick drive to the beach. Thank you so much!

My brother’s family and I had a wonderful week at this cute and comfortable home. We did a mix of eating out and cooking/eating in. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house has lots of windows and so plenty of natural light. The house is very convenient to downtown and St. Andrews and perfectly located for long walks along Beach Drive or at the Garden Club trail. We’ll definitely be back in the future!

The house was very nice with everything you could need and served us well during our stay. There is a second small house in the background that somewhat takes away privacy but other than that we had a great experience and would stay again.

Loved the charming 2 bedroom pineapple house. The house was clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Dog park within walking distance. Washer and dryer is fabulous! Would stay again!

Just great house... Items to ??? There is two inch rod sticking up in driveway... Parking policy unclear small cottage took up two stalls leaving one for us..see rod. The screen door sticks, walkway was trippy. Uneven, side porch entry should be blocked off...Tv was hard to figure out,small. I just bought a 55inch at sam's for 278 I could easily carry it .. 20 lbs Roku TV easy to operate. Drive is not in good shape. Hard to find at first. All ??? Are non issues loved the house!!!!!. Thanks

Cozy, quiet and comfortable. We extended our winter vacation, staying here a week. Enjoyed our stroll through historic downtown. Several good restaurants nearby. Our host helped us with an unexpected travel difficulty which showed real kindness. We are glad we stayed here.

I have to say this was an amazing place to stay! I felt at home the minute I walked in the door. The place was immaculate! We will definitely stay again when back in town to visit family.

Our family really enjoyed the Pineapple 🍍 Palace great location and the place is quaint and clean. We will definitely choose this place again when we come back to visit our grand baby!

Very quiet neighborhood. Wish I would’ve had more time to sit on the porch. Perfect size for 1-4 people. Love the real wood floors.

The place was great for what it is. Very clean and open. A great place to lay your head at night. We anticipated another bedroom with how the posting stating sleeping 6+. Only a two bedroom and two couches. It worked but not quite how we had anticipated. We’ll be back though. Quiet neighborhood and peaceful sleep.

Property was absolutely spotless. Whomever is cleaning this place needs a raise. It was so incredibly clean. But the beds suck my back was so sore the beds are terrible. Only complaint

We needed a place to spend a couple of nights while we went deep sea fishing!! This was just perfect, close to places to eat and close to the marina!! Quiet neighborhood and very accommodating!!

We had a little bit of a rough start due to some lagging of communication but Miss Monica was so awesome to swing by and check on us and apologized for her lost phone situation. She was so welcoming. Thank you Miss Monica, we really appreciate you letting us stay at your property. Highly recommended host!

Our friends were staying in condos near the gulf but that was not in our budget. We needed something more affordable and this cozy house worked great for us. The interior had newer carpets in the bedrooms and the air conditioning unit kept the house cool in July.

Enjoyed our month between homes staying this house. Close enough to walk to the bay with the dogs for a swim or for a stroll downtown. Easy commute to the hospital for anyone needing to stay close by.
