We decided to try a lake house for our annual extended family vacation and this property exceeded all our expectations! House was spotless, beds were comfortable, the back patio was hard to leave, and we had a blast on the lake! Even with the heat, the ceiling fan on the back patio made it so pleasant, it was hard to go inside. But the inside was so comfortable and inviting too…just a perfect stay for our group!

The Lakehouse was perfect! Very beautiful and peaceful! The outside was amazing, enjoyed the patio, the outdoor bar area and the dock! We enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock. The house was very beautiful and decorated so cute! Beds were extra comfy. Owners are next door and we’re helpful anytime we had any questions! The hot tub was a bonus!!! Would definitely stay again! Thanks Chip and Julie for sharing your house with our family!

The beds were super comfy, and with three bathrooms it made getting ready easy. The back porch is a relaxing place to sit, and view the lake. We’re already planning to book a trip to stay again. Julie is a fantastic host.

This was a perfect get-away for our family! Chip and Julie's lake home is truly a home away from home. It is clean, beautiful and has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy. The lake view is amazing and made patio time even better! Julie is the sweetest hostess and her care for detail is seen throughout. We can't wait for a summer trip to the lake at the Miller's!

We celebrated my hubby’s 60th with his cousins for a weekend of fishing and downtime. Could not have ask for a better place. We will go back! Only negative-hot tub wasn’t working.

We had a fabulous time at the lake. The house was so warm and inviting and decorated so perfectly. Any utensils, or pans or dishware or anything that we needed was there. The dock was great to fish off of and we caught lots! We definitely plan on going back. Chip and Julie were great hosts.

My husband and I stayed a few nights to celebrate his 60th birthday. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Outdoor areas are awesome for cooking and relaxing! Fishing was excellent off the dock. Pictures don't do it justice. House is so clean and everything looks brand new. Absolutely the best sunrise ever! Would definitely stay again and would have to bring a few friends/family to enjoy it with us. Plenty of space to share.

Great lake house, plenty of room for everyone, a nice getaway from the city! All the kitchen supplies you could need, supplies for a a great campfire and great expansive views of the lake from the expansive porch. Very homey and cozy, you could tell a lot of love goes into the place by the owners conveniently next door that were very friendly and communicative. It was perfect for a sisters/girls weekend, would come back with the family when it’s warmer to take more advantage of the lake activities- fishing and swimming :)

Perfect location for fishing and relaxing. We celebrated a birthday and Thanksgiving and couldn’t ask for a better home to celebrate in.

Family stayed the weekend attending a wedding. All guests enjoyed the property, and it was clean and well appointed.

First, I would like to start off by saying “thank you” to Chip and Julie for the hospitality and for going great lengths to accommodate us. Such genuinely nice people! The house, amazing too! plenty of space for 10 of us on our high school fishing tournament. The boys enjoyed the hot tub after a long, cold day fishing on the water. The adults enjoyed the covered patio and we even built a fire in the fire pit to sit and relax . The home’s landscape is gorgeous and I really want to book again in the summer months to enjoy everything it has to offer! There were personal touches throughout the house, beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean, snacks in the kitchen, plenty of pots/pans/utensils for cooking, and toiletries and towels were plenty. Thanks again for making our cold weekend, warm and cozy! We are so glad you chose to share your home.

We stayed here for a girls weekend in Canton. There were seven of us and there was plenty of room for sleeping. The view from the living room is gorgeous! A large double dock and large back patio with hot tub. There are two full baths and 2 half baths, which made it very easy for everyone to get dressed in the morning. The house was very clean and newly remodeled. Ms Julie was very quick to answer any questions and to assist if needed. We ordered from Grammies Menu list and the food was delicious. We order breakfast for each morning and supper for Saturday evening. This little lake house is a gem. We will definitely book again.

If you have any reservations about renting this property - DON’T! The pictures do not show how fantastic is really is. The house and yard are amazing. It is fully equipped with everything you would possibly want or need. The owners take a lot of pride in making your stay amazing.

Great house with dock! I would highly recommend!

The pictures do not do it justice-it is much nicer than it looks in the pics. The back patio looked kind of dark in the photos (I thought it was a converted carport). Nope-it is an awesome covered patio, with a TV and it’s where we spent most of our time (when we weren’t on the dock fishing). House was roomy and well stocked. You might bring paper plates, if you don’t want to do dishes. Otherwise, house had EVERYTHING you could need. Furniture, fixtures and decorations were really nice. Lake views & lake access were great. We swam in the lake, while other guests sat under the covered patio, down at the water. Patio has an ice maker, sink and fridge, so you can bring what you need down there and not have to run back and forth to the house. Chip & Julie were excellent hosts! My family will definitely be booking again. It was a perfect weekend getaway for us to fish and spend quality family time together. (Age range of guests was between 82 and 7 years old. All were comfortable & had a great time). Thank you Chip & Julie!!!

We had an amazing stay! The property is gorgeous and nothing is better than waking up to the lake views. Chip and Julie were such attentive hosts. We had everything we needed. We'll definitely stay again.

The owners are delightful and available to answer any questions! We made new friends and look forward to returning to this lovely home on a beautiful lake. It's decorated well and has everything you could possibly need - and is even more perfect in person than in the pictures! We had a great family vacation for the week!

This was the perfect place for us! We are a group of 8 friends who wanted to enjoy the lake life for a weekend. The house was accommodating for all of our needs: a separate bed for everyone, plenty of cookware, lots of outside seating, the most fabulous view, etc etc etc. The house was stocked with everything you could think of. Julie and Chip were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit again.

We stayed here for my birthday and it was awesome! The house is GORGEOUS and so clean. Chip and Julie were so great and made sure we were taken care of the whole time! We will definitely be back!

The Millers home was perfect for our staff retreat. The kitchen was well stocked for all of the meals we had planned, and they had a nice grill for cooking outdoors. The back-porch with the wonderful view of the lake was very relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. Chip and Julie are great hosts.

This is a beautiful property. The home owners are next door for any help you need. Everything you need is already provided in the home and it’s evident the home is used frequently. The space was already pretty full so not a lot of empty space for your extra snacks, food, kids toys, games, lake toys, ext. The kids loved the outdoor space! The back deck is relaxing & convenient. Overall a great relaxing place for our fishing trip!

This home was amazing I could say many many words but the best part of being there was it felt like coming home decorated with every touch to make it feel like a home and not a hotel or a motel that feels like you need to be on alert over your things and prepped to get out as quickly as you got there. First, the beds in this place will make you forget time as you sleep away the morning only to crawl into a shower with two shower heads to wash the night and begin the day. Enjoy your coffee to a full view of the lake. The home is so spacious plenty of room for 6 adults 4 children. We fished we rested we sat in the hot tub we cooked we had family over and everyone absolutely enjoyed being there!!!! We will definitely stay here again several tomes throughout the summer. One last thing the owners are so very amazing making sure you have everything you need and always a smile on their face. If you want to go to a hidden treasure this is the place.
