We had a wonderful week and loved the home! It was super spacious for both couples and an easy short walk to such a beautiful non crowded beach. Our location had access to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Bring your pickle ball equipment if you play as there is a nearby park with courts. Our friends used the trolley and we were also pleased with how little traffic there was in Feb. The host was very easy to communicate with! We would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future!

The property was just as described Very neat, clean and tidy. The backyard was great. Had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach, everything you needed was provided. The host was wonderful and very easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful trip and would stay here again. The neighborhood was very safe and well kept.

This property is in a great location with less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, but it’s definitely a quiet residential area. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. We would recommend this place and would stay here again!

This house is a beautifully updated, clean and comfy space for a family, including the 4legged members. A short walk to the beach and convenient to restaurants and activities. We also enjoyed evenings in the fenced backyard.

This was a really great experience! I was looking for some long due time off from work. Found this house in Indian Rocks Beach and definitively surpassed my expectations. Everything was well thought. The entire process of booking and the link with all the instructions upon arrival and what to expect in the house make this process very friendly. Everything was in place. Any little detail that you can think of. You'll find everything in the kitchen that you need to prepare anything that you have in mind. Love the coffee machines. Yes machines...to satisfy your own style. All the rooms are well equipped, very comfortable. The living room and dining area are also very comfortable and you are able to relax and share with your family. There are plenty of TVs to streamline your favorite shows. The backyard is amazing. My dog loved it! Yes it is pet friendly too. And the beach is only 5 minutes away walking. The beach is beautiful and not too crowded. Never miss the sunset of course! Many places to eat round and love the recommendations on the link provided by the owners. Fully recommend this property for your next getaway!

First let me just acknowledge Elizabeth, the property owner. She was sooo kind, extremely responsive and always most helpful. The home was beautiful, clean, spacious and just a quick walk and you are at the beach. The home was stocked with everything that you could need for cooking, etc. It has a cool little coffee bar (which is a plus, if you're a huge fan of coffee like me). You can find beach tents, wagons, etc in the garage that the owner so graciously allows her guests to use. This was our first time at Indian Rocks Beach and it did not disappoint. In fact we loved it so much my husband is ready to retire there but we have a few more years unfortunately. Loved the area.

We had an awesome time at this property! The house was clean, had new upgrades (bathrooms & kitchen) and was decorated in a fun “beachy” theme. Our family of five (including 3 teenage kids and a Maltipoo puppy) had plenty of space to stretch out with ample room inside and outside the house (the backyard is a great hangout spot). The neighborhood is quiet yet close to everything you need with some fellow rental properties close by and larger multimillion dollar houses in the same general vicinity. The nearby park with basketball courts was a bonus! The beach was an easy 2 minute walk and the house came stocked with beach supplies as well as special touches like water and snacks upon arrival and toiletries provided in each bathroom. Check in and check out were seamless and the property manager responded to a couple of small issues promptly and in a friendly manner. The hot tub was fantastic! We recommend this house and Indian Rocks Beach for anyone looking to get away for a few days.

This is a lovely home at a very nice location. The house is beautiful and clean, it has been remodeled to a very modern and bright interior look. Couches are beds and big and comfortable. It has a spacious yard with chairs and tables to unwind and enjoy the evenings after a day at the beach. It’s just a short walk to the beach and has restaurants and cafes nearby (some walking distance or just a short drive). If you don’t feel like going out, it has coffee makers (carafe and keurig), waffle maker, toaster, and all pots / pans / cooking spoons, baking trays etc that you need to cook a nice meal. Beach towels and wagon to carry your stuff to the beach are there too! We’re already looking at my calendar to book our next stay 😀

Beautiful property short walking distance to the beach. Many amenities that were useful to us. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. Everything was very clean and neat. The house was decorated in an amazing way that we felt we are staying in our home. We enjoyed the backyard very much especially at night. The owners thought of every detail when they furnished the house.The distance from the beach is less then 5 minutes walking. We will definitely come back again.

We tremendously enjoyed our stay at this property. It is beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the sunroom with all the natural light, and the space to relax and enjoy the Florida temperatures in the back yard was an added bonus. We enjoyed the beach every day which is only two short blocks away. Sunsets are beautiful. In addition, we had our grandkids with us some of the time and there is a very nice playground the opposite direction of the beach and it is only one short block away. We saw dolphins in the bay, another highlight. We didn’t have enough time to do everything, but will definitely stay again and explore more! If you are looking for a place to stay, close to the beach, look no further, this house is perfect!
