Shemar is a beautiful caravan in a great location. Beds were the comfiest beds ever! Really lovely owners who kept in touch throughout or booking process, right up until check in and throughout our stay (when needed). Nothing was too much trouble for Donna & Steven. Little extra treats for ourselves and our 3 Yr old were really appreciated and our little boy loved yhe treasure chest with plenty of things to keep us busy! thankyou both! X

The place was like a home from home,
The owners of the property thought of everything, they were very helpful, and even left little treats for us. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Everything about the property and the owners. They were amazing and really went out of their way with lots of thought for the little details that make a huge difference. A comfortable, clean facility with great people.
Booking.com ask you the ages of your children when you book. Our youngest is 1, yet this information was not passed on to the property, therefore we did not have a crib.
Also, at the fair they shut down for the day at 2pm citing weather reasons. There was sunshine all afternoon. Finally, the pool and the facilities are wonderful, but you pay to go in. £5 for adults and £3.50 for kids.

We liked everything! from the furnishings, the beds were high quality the sofa was so comfy and the carpets were soft under our feet. this was definitely a luxurious and looked after caravan/lodge by the river.

Lovely accommodation, very clean, beautifully decorated & has everything you could need plus a surprise welcome goodie pack.

Couldn’t recommend this holiday home enough. There were so many little touches which made this stay great. The owners have thought of everything. It was spotless clean, fantastic amenities on site which was perfect for our family. There was a very thoughtful welcome gift on arrival! Donna and Steven were on hand for anything and the communication was excellent from start to finish. The holiday home is very spacious and well furnished with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We will be coming back ☺️

Donna and Steve are exceptional hosts. Great attention to detail to make our trip feel special, like the chocolate Easter bunnies! The home was spotless and warm. Fantastic and cosy!
The pillows are wonderfully firm, but I would have loved a soft pillow as I have a large head! But that's my personal choice.
