Ideal location, suits the need of a large family. Great bathrooms

Oven too small for 10 people. Saucepans/frying pans in poor condition. Parking area very overgrown and had to be careful with cars and people getting scratched. Kitchen bins too small. Outside bins both half full on arrival. Was difficult to add our rubbish/recycling.

Self catering equipment was very good. Would have put the wheelie bins out but couldn't recover them, so had to leave them.

It was difficult to park in the road but managed to get all 3 cars in the drive up to the garage as advised. There was a problem with the lowest stair spindle which was broken and put back in place. It was only discovered by by the children holding onto it as they couldn't reach the handrail. Was put back in place but needs fixing. A fuller explanation of the smart TV operation may have helped for those not use to this set up. Grandchildren loved Netflix.

the property was very well appointed- it has been recently refurbed and you have everything you need. The kitchen is well appointed lots of utensils. pots, pans, plates etc. the eating space is really nice and open plan so great for family looking to spend time together. perfect to also have the off street parking. Close by are lots of shops and the high street so everything you need on your doorstep.

There could have been some more cutlery, as it was just about enough for the amount of people there. We also didn’t have a phone number to contact and had an initial issue with hot water. it would have been good to be told that there was a manual inside the house so that we could troubleshoot ourselves and have a contact number for these situation. it was resolved quickly as we found these things ourselves but would have been good to be directed to it.

Excellent location, facilities and the standards of decor and furnishings were superb. Literally couldn't fault the property.

Spacious and well equipped. We were a group of 8 and there was plenty of space for us all.

Seems to be recently renovated. Very clean, crisp feel and plenty of space. We will be back! The interior seems larger than the exterior indicates, with ample space for good sized families.

Very clean & great for a group of working professionals. Well equipped kitchen.

Would have been good to have a mirror in each bedroom - WiFi wasn’t too strong in the kitchen.
