Thermostatic radiator valve in bedroom not working. Heating timing was not set correctly so when it came on at 1am in the morning the bedroom became very hot and I had to open the window. Car park entrance is pretty tight on a steep ramp.

What an absolute gem of a place! Great host, a phone call away for queries etc. Decorated to a high standard & had everything you’d possibly need for a long or short stay. Comfy beds and having 2 bathrooms was a real bonus. Lovely quiet street with the hustle & bustle of the town centre around a 4 minute walk away. Great for parking too. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment again when I’m in the area A***

Absolutely nothing

we really enjoyed having the space to cook our own meals etc. TV was great with Netflix and prime. Parking is handy just outside the entrance. Decorated well with everything needed for our stay.

The apartment had a very strong smell of cigarettes. As two non-smokers the smell has very strong and despite our attempts to buy air fresheners and opening windows the smell stayed. I thought this was strange considering the room is listed as non-smoking. Ideally would have preferred a more comfortable bed, but it was okay. Normally wouldn’t leave criticism but the smell of smoke was very uncomfortable especially with my allergies and something that should be noted or addressed.

The location was nice and quiet. It was safe area and had loads of shops and amenities close by. The host was very nice and welcoming. the place itself was very spacious and nicely decorated. very homelike

some areas of the property were unclean.

Carpark entrance very convenient, location close to train station. Hosts were very helpful and easy to reach by phone.

Could be cleaner.
