This house is spectacular! All bedrooms are nice sizes and tastefully furnished. The common areas are lovely- plenty of space, very modern double kitchen - was great for our private chef. But some special items that we didn't expect- including sound system that we could link to in several areas; the home theater had excellent sound system to go with the stadium seating and large screen, extra kitchen in bar area and near the home theater. Our family members enjoyed the video games, billiards, darts, and both pools. Also loved the deck- we dined outside most evenings. [We rent tables and chairs just for outside dining.] Probably our best family vacation yet.

I booked this house for our team meeting, and the location was perfect. The house was large enough for us to have space and to meet comfortably. However, there were many features of the listing that were inaccurate. There were arcade games that were not working, the indoor pool was not heated, and when asked if someone would come out to turn it on, they said it was an additional charge, even though the listing states "heated indoor pool". The iPads in the house were not functional, so the speakers in the house didn't work. I called, someone did come out and they could not fix it, and they never came back to try to work on the issue. Overall, it was a lovely property; clearly there was no walkthrough before our visit to ensure all things were ready to go and functioning. So it was a letdown.

We spent a week at this lovely home on the beach for a family reunion. We had an 8th month old and toddlers, four couples in their 60’s and lots of young adults. Pool was perfect and the beach view can’t be beat!

My husband and I, our 4 children and their spouses, and 16 grandchildren stayed in this house. We loved every moment we were there. The pictures were exactly as the house was. The house was spacious, well appointed, clean, and had lots of activities inside and out. We had a great time and would definitely rent this house again.

Dirty floors, little to no toilet paper, many bathrooms have no soap, asked for help getting these things and none was sent. Big attitude with front office team when asking to check in early and told me I couldn’t even park in the parking lot and wait and it was 3:30pm!
Very displeased compared to our first time when we went hear.

Great property. The team loved having their own rooms and bathrooms! Accommodations were great and as described. Every need/detail was met and we had everything we needed for a great meeting!

This is the 3rd year that we've rented this house for a late fall getaway and it never disappoints! Love the size and that each room has it's own bathroom. The indoor pool, game room and bar just add to fun!

This house is exactly as it's pictured. Lots of light, beautiful decor. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed for our weekend ladies retreat. Easy access to beach, beautiful outdoor space. Indoor pool was a hit.

Thirteen gorgeous and well-appointed bedrooms and baths, distributed on 3 floors. This house has absolutely everything you need to enjoy your fabulous vacation.

We loved this house! Loved the fact that each bedroom had an ensuite and a washer/dryer on each floor. The bar area/gameroom was very nice and highly utilized! Home was very spacious and kid friendly. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans and utensils.

Spacious for all 19 of us. Heated indoor pool. Extraordinary kitchen. Video games galore. Billiards and darts, all in excellent condition. Very clean. Good communication and follow up with property manager. Will come again. J. O....Tucson Arizona

Great place for large group of people. Lots of stuff do. Everything is high end. The beds are all comfortable. My only gripes were there wasn’t a binder with directions on how to use some of the features. It took us a while to figure out the in house speakers. And some of the TVs. We also stayed off season. The indoor pool isn’t heated. So some nights it got a little chilly

We had a group of work friends get together here and it was great for this! Most (or maybe all) bedrooms have a private bath so everyone had their own space, but the common areas were also large enough for 20 people to gather comfortably. The kitchen is stocked with top notch supplies, which was a bonus for me. In addition, lots of delivery options (Grubhub, UberEats, etc.) for anything you forgot or if you don’t want to cook. The only issue we had was with the wifi (losing connection) and regulating temps in some of the bedrooms. Overall the property was amazing and I hope to stay here again in the future!

My entire family just adored this house. I love how the home has several areas for people to sit separate from the main areas. The pub is everything!!!! Best vacation ever!!!

Having the family together. The house was very nice despite the multiple issues noted when we checked in. Some issues were resolved before we left and some were not. The non-personal touch of not having staff in the office to greet the patrons that paid an exorbitant price to rent this property was disappointing. I will be surprised if our review is shared with any new or potential patrons. Good luck and hopefully the issues are resolved prior to the next patrons.

The Regency Royal was absolutely spectacular - spacious, clean & just perfect for our family of 20 adults & 10 children 11yrs & down. Home provided everything we needed & wanted. Will definitely return !

We had a large multi-generational family reunion. The Regency Royale was perfect. Bathrooms in each bedroom plus a few in common areas. A big wonderful kitchen. Two pools. It worked perfectly.
I would say some of the linen and towels were simple and small. So you may want to bring your own. Also, the kitchen is clean but empty so remember to bring everything you need (plastic wrap, ziplock, oil, etc.).
Would definitely come back.

The house is wonderful- big and spacious. The gathering rooms are modern and open, perfect for large families. Being right on the beach meant that the kids could go back and forth from the ocean to the pool. Lots of bedrooms, with bunks for the smaller kids. We had a great week

Great place , two thumbs up
The place was really great, only low points are the outside grill was really dirty and no tools to clean it, and some of the arcade games were not good , dart game was broken, not a single one works, pool table needs restoration
Over all it was a great place and for sure recommended and will come back again.
