En esta casa de vacaciones de 416 m² que dispone de un jardín podrás disfrutar de una playa cercana (con tumbonas), relajarte en la piscina al aire libre o tomar algo en el porche o patio. Para cambiar un poco, entra dentro y ponte a prueba jugando al billar, o disfruta del wifi gratis y de la televisión por satélite o cable.

We had a mini family reunion at this house and we couldn’t have found a more perfect location! It was nestled on a beautiful golf course hole, but was an incredibly quick bike ride and walk to the beach. (Boardwalk 32). We also were able to bike over to The Nest bakery and market and the park with ease. It was a short bike ride to the tennis club for tennis and pickleball. It was in a great location.
The amount of bedrooms and layout of the house worked perfectly for my family with 5 kids, my sister’s family with 4 kids, and my parents (15 total) to all meet up and enjoy a fun week together with beds to spare. There are plenty of bathrooms and showers for the size of the house as well. It is conveniently located near Charleston also, so we were able to get in and enjoy the city as well.
The property owner was incredibly responsive and took amazing care of our group the whole time we were there! He gave great suggestions of places to book activities as well as restaurants, etc.
Everything about this property was lovely! Thanks for the great home to enjoy all Kiawah has to offer.

Stayed here on a golf trip with 7 of my members. House had an excellent setup for the 8 of us with more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Location was perfect and all amenities were as expected or better.

There were 16 of us here for a family wedding and the house worked out very well for all of us (ranging in ages 21-90). The location is terrific! We didn't really have time to use the small pool or beach toys, or grill outdoors, but it was a great home-base for us during our busy weekend. Thanks.

This property was as advertised. Perfect for our family and friends golf trip. Plenty of room for a large group. Great location, local to the resort golf courses and beach.

Home was not totally clean. Pillows on beds were the cheapest you can buy. Home hadn’t been treated for bugs in awhile. We saw over 50 cockroaches while we were there lots and lots of millipedes. Couple towel bars were falling off wall. The pool was not cleaned or treated. So, we could not use it until the manager finally got a pool service out there. But, by then, there were only two days left in our trip and we stayed for a week. We were credited a rebate for the inconvenience but it was only $450. We paid $14,000 to stay there. Very frustrating. The pool was a big reason for selecting this home.

We had 16 extended family members (ages 1 - 70s) stay in this home, and it worked wonderfully for us! It's a short bike ride / walk from the beach in a beautiful neighborhood with easy access to Kiawah's great bike trail network. Having the pool and large living space for shared family time was great. I large wagon in the garage made it easy to shuttle beach gear to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

This house was great for our family with multiple bedroom configurations which worked well for our children and grandchildren. The kitchen was well equipped and the extra refrigerator very helpful. The grill worked well. The pool was fun when some kids were tired of the beach. The property manager was quick to address any issues.. We look forward to our next stay here.

Scott’s house was perfect for a group of friends attending a wedding on the island. We booked more than a year in advance and Scott was extremely responsive and communicative throughout. We had a great stay at his property. It is in a central part of the island with quick access to the courses, the beaches, and Freshfields village. The home itself is quite large and spacious and was perfect for a group mixed with some couples and some singles. Plenty of space and bathrooms.

We rented the property for a golf trip with 8 guys. The house was great. Plenty of rooms, bed’s and bathrooms. Listing was very accurate. House had everything we needed- from nice working grill, to fully stocked kitchen to a poker chip set. Access was easy, house is well located and the owner was prompt and a pleasure to deal with.

The house was great for a large family get together with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc. Communication was really good and check in/check out were a breeze! Wagon in the garage helped us haul all our things and small children to the beach. Totally a thumbs up!

This home is well constructed, great deck for viewing the sunset, stars and moon! The furniture and beds are very comfortable. The home was fully furnished with everything we needed. A waterfall is next to the property only feet away. Loved it so much we have booked our next stay.

We had two foursomes of golfers each with our own bedrooms and lots of space to enjoy. We could have easily had 4 more guys and been very comfortable. Great central location. Host was very accommodating.

If you've got a large group of family or friends, it's hard to beat this property in Kiawah! There were 18 of us and we still didn't use all the bedrooms. Quick 5-minute walk to the beach. Nice pool area. Kitchen nice and open, easy to cook for large groups. Loved it!
