We stayed for a week early March. Beautiful place Water park was great Wonderful restaurant and bar connected Clean Fully equipped kitchen Comfortable beds We areived at 0330 and Room key was not in lock box so we could not get into room until sunrise. We finally called the emergency number amd were in the condo in 15 minutes Will return next year 😀

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Complex Issues:
1. Only 1 (very show & hot) elevator to get to the 7th floor. It got very crowded, creating long delays.
2. The only include 1 parking spot for 10 person unit under the garage. The other parking space was a long walk on the other side of the water park.
3. The pool was not available until 6:00 without purchasing water park passes.
Here are the issues with the unit itself:
1. Very dirty. We ended up using clorox wipes to clean all surfaces. Our feet were black after walking on the tile & carpet without shoes.
2. The unit overall was very poorly maintained. I will go into this in greater detail below.
3. The refrigerator took almost 24 hours to cool and never went below 40 degrees.
4. The showers had very little water pressure.
5. The shower sliding door was difficult to move because it was off track.
6. The bathroom door lock did not work so kids were constantly coming in at bad times.
7. The unit only included 4 water park passes for a 10 person unit requiring us to pay $88.00 for the additional passes daily.
8. The carpets were separating in several areas.
9. The couches and chairs were in very poor condition and stained/dirty.
10. The beds were uncomfortable.
11. The towels were stained.

Whoever I spoke with told me those things were no longer available so we rented them and had them delivered. Loved this condo, view, location & water park. Great restaurants near by. Friendly staff at the property! The upholstery on all furniture was very dirty. The master bedroom mattress NEEDS TO BE REPLACED! The masters bedroom closet was full of “junk”. Couldn’t even hang clothes in it. Master bedroom TV would not shut off. A/C was not working properly. Said it was 72, but was actually 76

Very spacious and clean. Loved the pool, close and easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Would stay here again.

We stayed here for a short spring break getaway and the property did not disappoint. It was clean and plenty of space for a family of 4 and the water park access was a hit for our kids. The view of the waterway was very enjoyable as well and the walk to the beach was easy. We even forgot a bag in the condo after we left for the airport and Tom was extremely helpful shipping our bag to us. We would stay hear again.

We enjoyed our stay in Indian Rocks Beach. The condo was very nice and clean. There is a great balcony off the 6th and 7th floors to watch the sunsets. We liked the area too. Tom was a great host! He sent several texts to check in and the guidebook/app he sent was helpful. The one thing to note is that while the condo does come with 4 complimentary passes to the Waterpark, there is no other pool there. So with 9 people in our party, we would have to pay to swim every day, even if it was a short swim after the beach.

It was enjoyable. Unit was clean and well maintained. All lights and utilities worked great. One thing was not great. The elevator serving that unit is DARK and DINGY and the younger girls in my family wouldn't ride it alone because it was dingy.

This was our first time at IRB. Usually, we are in the clearwater area. What a great place. Tom was great to work with on all levels. Communication and description of property, activities and amenities was spot on. This was our fsmily christmas present and all had a wonderful time.

The condo is fantastic, it's clean, spacious and has some of the best views you'll find in the area. Great sunrise views off the balcony overlooking the intercoastal waterway and the boat slips below. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space to spread out and find places to relax. The only recommendation I would have is bring your own hot pad/over mitt, none is provided and made baking a little challenging but we figured it out. Owner provides dishwasher tabs, detergent tabs, but you should bring your own toiletries. Our 5 & 8 year old kids loved the waterpark. Our 5 yr old was too short for the big waterslides and was disappointed about that, but he made due with the kid's splash area. It was December, the water was not warm but any means, but kids loved it. Overall, amazing stay and we would recommend this unit to any of our family or friends.

Rented this unit for family members. They really enjoyed the condo and the location. Tom is a very responsive owner from the first reservation all the way through the check in.

We had a great time. The website with the property details was so helpful. Tom was very responsive. The pool/water park/restaurant on-site was so fun, and the food was great too. The condo also had everything we needed, above and beyond ‘starter supplies’. We walked to the beach every morning. Will definitely rent from Tom again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Access to restaurants, beach and the splash park were close and convenient. Our host replied to any calls or text immediately.

Great place. Nice and clean with plenty of beds. Water park is a pluS for this kids and adults with restaurants on the property and walking distance. Watched dolphins swim by several times from the balcony.

Went for my bridal shower and it was absolutely amazing. Spacious, comfy, and loved it. Slept all 9 of us perfectly. Thank you.

We wanted to stay somewhere you could wake up and walk to a coffee shop in the morning as well as have food and beers for lunch and dinner and this place checked all of the boxes.

Property was just as described and as shown in the pictures. Near the beach and lots of food options. Tom was quick to communicate when an issue with the elevator came up.

Can't say enough about Tom and his wife as property owners. Condo was super clean and any issues were addressed right away. They go above and beyond. View from condo was beautiful. Water park was busy but very nice and clean.

We came down to Indian Rocks Beach for a softball tournament and for our girls to finish their softball careers together. The condo was great and had a lot of room. Perfect location to walk to anything we want. We had an issue with the air conditioner and the owner was great with communication throughout getting it fixed. We would stay here again for a great vacation.

We've never stayed in IRB before, but absolutely loved it here! We were apprehensive about not staying ocean front, but the view here was actually amazing! The condo was so clean and Tom responded right away with any questions we had. I loved waking up, drinking my coffee on the balcony, and just enjoying the beautiful views. The condo was very clean and very well maintained! The water park got a little too busy for our liking, but was still a cool place for our kids, thanks for a great stay!!

We had an outstanding time at this condo. The property was beautiful. Very nicely furnished. Close proximity to several restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed the water park. Did a day trip to Clearwater and enjoyed their beautiful beaches. Also did a day trip to Downtown St Pete and Johns Pass. Is a very nice central location. Would highly recommend this property.

We had a fantastic time! The condo was really nice with plenty of room for two families (8 people) . There was seating for everyone in the living room area as well as two dining areas. The wall of windows overlooking the intercoastal made the room nice and bright. The kids loved the bunk beds! The splash harbor water park in the center of the condo complex was a lot of fun for the kids as well as parents. The beach and restaurants were a short 5 minute walk and Tom provided a wagon, cooler, and boogie boards to use. Tom was really great and highly recommend his condo units. We had a great week!

This was our third stay in this condo and great got better with upgraded patio furniture overlooking the Intercoastal. Always a comfortable stay just walking distance from a number of restaurants and bars, shopping and steps from the Gulf.

We absolutely loved our family vacation at this condo! Short walk to the beautiful beach, lots of great restaurants in walking distance, and a beautiful condo with an amazing view!

The condo was well maintained and had everything we needed for our stay. Great views from the condo, and the water park was perfect for the kids.

We had a wonderful week of Spring Break at the condo! My parents, my wife, and our five children had more than ample space to stay and play! Condo was as expected per description. Morning times on the balcony with coffee treated us to dolphins, manatee's and sting rays. It is very convenient to local restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. The views are awesome and we enjoyed watching all the boats as they passed through the channel and docked at the marina. A few days before our stay, Tom emailed us that the elevator we used would be serviced one day during our stay. He informed us immediately and it caused us no problem whatsoever! The heads up was certainly appreciated! The water park was fun and we appreciated the passes to the waterpark. It wasn't a big deal for us, but just know that the swimming pool is only available to be used before 10am and after 6pm for guests of the condo unless you use your waterpark passes. Again, not an issue for us, but for some, it may mean adjusting plans. That said, we were super happy with our stay and will most definitely stay here again! Awesome week and super nice condo!

We had a great spring break this year. The condo was clean, spacious for our (2) families that included (5) girls under the age of 10, and was so convenient! The girls loved seeing dolphins from our balcony. We were able to head to Tampa for the day, swim in the pool/waterpark, or take the quick 1.5 block walk to the beach! We loved that we could walk everywhere to great restaurants, the souvenir shop, CVS, etc. Tom was more than accommodating and is a great communicator! He checked in with us to see how everything was going, which I haven't experienced with other VRBOs. We weren't able to take advantage of his boat tour, but will definitely next time. I would highly recommend staying at this condo and any owned by Tom.
