Very unprofessional owner, even tho I sent him a booking.com screenshot of number of guests showing 3 adults & 2 children, Arrived and only one room was unlocked so we was made to pay €120 extra and my 67 year old father had to sleep on the sofa, Eventually the second room was opened but the room had no storage space for any clothes instead it was full of childrens toys/belongings. The picture of the bathroom made me think it has a washing machine but it was broken as was the tap in the kitchen, the double bed mattress is also old, cheap and uncomfortable. We was made to physically carry our rubbish to bins out in the street and was only provided sheets when we complained that we didn't have enough and we still had to fit them ourselves. My wife attempted to have a bath with our two young children and after emptying the tub the bathroom flooded even bringing up dirt through the drain. Wasn't going to do a negative review until after returning home we were accused of losing his remote control and the owner was trying to make us pay yet more for something we hadn't lost/taken.
