The room was clean, had good Wi-Fi and really nice sea view from the balcony. The hosts were the best, they were always present when we had any questions. Pool area and the pool itself was clean and nice, the nearest beach was enough if you just want to go swimming.

From the begining of our vacation, we felt like we are staying in our homes considering the cleanness, comfort and of course the hospitality of Konstantina and Konstantinos. They welcomed us with a very warm smiling face and supported us for our requests again with a very warm hospitality. Beyond dispute, they are perfect hosts. On the other hand, the hotel was very clean where i would give above 10 points here if i could and i can easily say that you can stay at Iro's Residence without any doubt about the cleanness. Breakfast was quite good which is more than we expected and range of the products was more than enough. Considering all these points, i can clearly say that we will definitely stay at Iro's Residence on our next Samos trip and advise to our friends to stay.

Perfectly equipped and clean rooms and amenities, including pool area. Welcoming hosts. Very good breakfast. If you prefer sea over the pool, it is 1 min. walk away. The sea is clean ad well, but I'd recommend slippers to walk on the pebbles.

The hotel owners were very friendly and interested.There are trees everywhere and we were alone with nature.Our room had a sea view, it was big and clean.The design was old but tidy.The sea is very stony so I don't recommend it.There are very nice beaches nearby, you can go there.There is a small pool in the hotel, it can be useful to cool off. The breakfast was small but sufficient.The hotel is 10 minutes from the center of Kokkari and 25 minutes from Vathy.We stayed for one night, I would definitely recommend it to guests who love nature and silence.If you are looking for a hotel in a very lively and nightlife place, this place is not for you.You can stay here by renting a car from Pythogorion or Vathy.

The hotel area was like a piece of heaven with mountains on one side and the sea on the other side. It was a tastefully decorated and renovated old building. The owners of the hotel were responsive to our all needs. The hotel and the room was as clean as our own home. Breakfast was fresh and good enough. Parking space was enough. Close to good beaches by car.

Wish they did not charge us for the two cups of greek coffee we drank on the day we arrived as a sign pf hospitality. Small things do make big differences.

What can you say about this hidden diamond place? This what the definition of Greek hospitality-filoxenia should be. The 2 siblings who run the hotel, Konstantina and Konstantinos, are simply the best. It feels like you are having vacations at your home. All hotel areas are super clean, the breakfast is very satisfying (you should definitely try out Konstantina's carrot cake made by her own hands!). A very relaxing establishment located just between the 2 major towns of Karlovasi and Vathy. The only negative during our stay is that we booked for 4 nights only. See you again guys. The room was nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. Konstantinos and Konstantina are very friendly and they always have a smile on. I truly appreciated a drive from and to the airport and all the interesting information on the way. The beach beside the hotel is not very nice, but you have a lot of beaches (Lemonakia, Tsamadou...) 10 minutes away with a bus and the bus station is next to the hotel, it will cost you 1,60€ to the closest beach. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Agios Konstantinos.

I went on vacation many times. But this hotel was really great.Our room was cleaned every morning. The morning breakfasts were very tasty and varied. The hotel was very clean. All the staff were very friendly and helped us a lot and told us everything about samos. Also the location of the hotel is very nice. They made very fast check-in and check-out, and they never made us wait. The facilities of the hotel were very good, big bed, smart tv, adult and kids pool, big bathroom. All of this was very clean. Konstantinos and Konstantina were really good people and cheerful all time, they helped us in every way. They hosted us very well. Also, if you want to drink by the pool in the evening, they make very nice cocktails.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The apartment has an amazing view and a nice beach that isn't a minute's walk away. The check-in was great. The room is clean, quiet and has everything that you would need. The hotel is fully renovated with so nice taste of design. There is a pool in case you want to swim and hotel has bar for your beers and cocktails. We would definitely recommend this hotel! Even the breakfast it was nice and tasty :) The location of the hotel “Agios Konstantínos” is great to explore gorgeous beaches and trails. It saves you a lot of time of driving because is almost at the middle of the island. Konstantínos and Konstantína are the bosses and were super quick in answering any questions!

We had a great stay in a very clean and comfortable room with a comfy king-sized bed and an A/C-unit that can be used on very hot days. The breakfast was rich and a bit different each day, with great choices of fruits, fresh omelettes or eggs, cakes and pies, yogurt and cereals, fresh orange juice etc. The hotel has 11 rooms and quite a nice and familiar atmosphere. Konstantina and her brother Konstantinos are great hosts and were always available for suggestions. If you are in the mood for a drink by the pool at night, Konstantinos also has a repertoire of drinks featuring different gins. The village of Agios Konstantinos is a quiet place and at the beginning of the summer season it had a nice mix of tourists and villagers in the several bars and tavernas scattered along the seafront. There are great hiking opportunities starting right from the hotel with marked and well-kept trails (check out the hiking guide at the hotel reception or the big map next to the bus stop). The sea at the beach right next to the hotel can be a bit rough for a swim on windy afternoons but in the morning the water is usually calmer. There are also several larger beaches within a short bike ride or a few minutes by car (e.g. Tsabou beach).

Hosts were so polite and helpful, the hotel is very well designed. Overall atmosphere was quite and tranquil Breakfast was delicious. The room and the bathroom was big enough. Bed was comfortable. I also liked the android smart tv. I highly recommend Iro Hotel Samos.

Our stay there was fabulous: the hotel is very beautiful, the pool was amazing and there are sunbeds where we relaxed all day long, the room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious (with a lot of choices). It is just 2 minutes walking from the sea where we had lovely walks and we enjoyed a lot of magic sunsets while we were eating in the many restaurants there. There is also a bus station next to the hotel to come and go to other cities, the port...etc Also the team of the hotel is extraordinary: So helpful and so nice, Konstantinos and his sister have been the best! They helped us for everything (to come and go to the port for our boat, rent a scooter, they adapted the food and milk to be non dairy and the time when we were late, they gave us recommendations of what to visit and where to eat...etc ) and were extremely nice.
