Loved being right on the ocean!

It was wonderful to wake up and hear the ocean. It was our first experience with VRBO. I needed to communicate with John and he was very prompt in his reply and very helpful.

We had an amazing time at John’s condo. Gorgeous views and a little quieter than the main strip. Super short walk everywhere!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

One of the few areas in hampton that you can walk right out on the beach! Very clean and well- appointed. Easy walking distance to Hampton strip yet a bit away from the noise of the area. Great area for long beach walks as you can cross over the bridge to Seabrook and walk for miles. One of the things I liked most is that the unit is perfectly set up as a rental should be- minimal knick knacks, organized kitchen set up that is simple but has all the basic items you would need , and most importantly very clean.

Having a nice place to stay during our vacation made the trip all the worthwhile. The condo is beautifully decorated and very well maintained and I cannot say enough about the views. No obstructions, just look out the window and nothing but beach and rolling waves. John was pleasant to work with and responded quickly to messages. If you are looking for the ultimate beach front condo, you don’t need to look any further. This is you home away from home.

It was perfect for our little getaway. Right on the beach. The condo was clean and roomy with a spectacular view. Everything was great! Would definitely stay here again.

The Wave is wonderful place to relax and renew. The view is spectacular as well as direct access to the beach. Restaurants are a couple blocks away and the evenings were peaceful. The decor has a nice flow and feel. Everything you you need is there… just bring your flip flops!

The property was exactly as one would expect from the site. It comes down to preparation, communication and location, location, location! This was a perfect beach break before the crowds. This property is perfect… right on the beach. Nothing between you and the water but sand.

We had the perfect winter beach getaway! The condo is well stocked with everything you need for cooking, sleeping, etc. The enclosed balcony is perfect for enjoying the gorgeous ocean view even when it's chilly outside! We will definitely visit The Wave again. Thank you John!

First of all, the view...The view was breathtaking and waking up to it every morning was like a dream. The condo was exactly as advertised in the photos we saw. Very clean and quiet with on site parking. We were here for 4 nights for a "close to home" anniversary get-away. We had both a great and stress-free time. All we needed to bring here were our clothes and toiletries. We shopped for groceries and thats it, nothing else was needed. The condo had everything!!! This trip was just what we needed and I'm looking forward to coming here again. I would recommend anyone to stay here! I know we'll be back!! Thank you for having us, John!

We really loved our stay at this beautiful condo. There is a great view of ocean from the enclosed porch which we were still able to enjoy in the cold weather. Waking up to the beautiful sunrises was amazing. We had many enjoyable, scenic walks on the beach and a day trip to Portsmouth. The condo is very comfortable and includes everything you need especially the fully equipped, well-appointed kitchen. Great stay!

Was just what these 2 old souls needed. Winter in the woods can be so bleak. Being right on the ocean, even with snow, was just wonderful. The glassed in full porch was a bonus. Even warm. The condo was a great 3 day home. You just stepped out of condo, down the elevator and onto the beach, not without hooded coat!!! Thank you, John for hosting us. Will surely be back.

The property was right on the beach. The location was great for easy access to morning beach walks. There was a beautiful sunrise each morning. The condo was well maintained, clean, and nicely decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay and hope to visit the Hampton area again soon.

This is a highly recommended property…it is extremely clean, the view is breathtaking and it is equipped with really everything. John is a very caring host and he answered every question super fast. It was our pleasure to spend a few days here and we wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a relaxing time watching the waves and walking on the beach. Host was responsive and home was clean and comfortable. Really can't beat the views, nothing but ocean. Storm windows on the sun porch kept us warm in chilly October so enjoy your coffee out there.

After being stuck at home for two years due to COVID, this was an amazing stay at the beach.

My family and I had an excellent time in Hampton Beach and the condo was gorgeous! The views are amazing and the decor is great. The beds are very comfortable and the place is very quiet. It was great that everything was within walking distance but then you could come back to the nice quiet oasis of this condo. It was an absolutely lovely time and me and my family can’t wait to return!

This condo has been beautifully renovated - perfect location and very clean - you can't get any closer to the beach! The owner is very attentive and communication is great. We felt very lucky to have had 2 parking spaces where others had only 1. It was so nice to be able to see and hear the ocean day and night - we would definitely book this place again! Sharon Z

Had a wonderful stay. Condo was as described, and it is right on the beach. Couldn't ask for a better location. Very easy to walk to town. John, the host, was responsive and quick to respond to questions.

Super cute unit right on the beach. Cannot get a better location. Owner was a pleasure to communicate with ... quick response and ready to help. The unit itself is exceptionally decorated, comfortable, and equipped with all you need. Perfect size for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). We look forward to renting again.

This outstanding condo is located in a quiet section of Hampton Beach between the Strip and the State Park. You are minutes from the south end of the Strip but you feel like you have your own private beach. The view is stunning. The luxuious condo is recently renovated and is tastefully decorated. Communication with the owner was seamless. You have two parking spots available for your stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend you try out this property!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this rental property! It is the perfect location. It’s set back off of Ocean Blvd that you don’t get all the traffic noise. The building itself touches the sand which makes it even more exciting! You don’t have to worry about having kids and crossing roads to get safely to the beach, you’re literally ON it! The rental itself is beautifully decorated and very clean. The bedrooms were big enough that I could even fit the toddler bed for my son (he’s not used to sleeping on an adult bed, he’s 1). The living room had perfect space to relax and play with my son when the sun was too much at times. The deck overlooking the ocean is perfect, with it being screened in. It made me comfortable to let my son explore it without any fear at all. One tip for the apartment, not a negative at all, be sure to pack pantry items you will need if you plan on cooking. It was fully stocked with cookware and utensils, as well as dishwasher making prep and clean up smooth. Going back to the location, this rental is right at the end of Ocean Blvd as it becomes a one way by O street, making it the perfect spot to get to everything by foot. No need to drive and fight for parking when you have two designated spots for the rental itself! This made it easier on us because we didn’t have to keep putting my son in and out of his car seat (he hates it). The beds were both very comfortable! It seems that one bedroom has a firmer mattress, and the other on the softer end so it caters to all sleepers which is fantastic! We were very thankful for the elevator since this is on the third floor. This made it very easy for the stroller and beach cart for our family. I HIGHLY recommend this rental to a small group of friends or family, as well as those who have children! I know I’ve shared the listing with people I know. We are hoping to come back next year and use this same rental if it’s available! Thank you to the property manager for taking such good care of this property, it absolutely made the biggest difference for us.

A peaceful place with the best view. Everything was great and there wasn’t much we needed to bring. It was ready when we arrived. Extremely clean and comfortable. The host was great when it came to communication. Definitely will go again!
