Right on the beach. Very accessible. Time to replace the beach umbrellas and probably the beach chairs too.

The condo was very clean and in excellent condition. The location can not be beat. With in walking distant of restaurants and shopping. Perfect beach vacation.

Perfect space and location. Owner went above and beyond in honoring a special request. This is the third unit we have stayed in this building and by far the best… decor and use of space were top notch. Appreciated all the beach necessities including the foot-bath for the entry area. Thank you for allowing us to rent your lovely condo.

I would suggest the property owners put a screen door on the front or windows that open. Access to the fresh gulf air would be appreciated. The location is perfect and a very nice condo.

Loved the condo loved the location just missed having a pool as I prefer pool over the hot tub but I did know there wasn’t a pool … disappointed that the laundry machines were not working There was a beautiful gift basket left for us by the host which was a lovely touch and the decor was so lovely and very very clean!!

My husband and I had a great weekend stay for my birthday! I desired a place along the beach and this was perfect! This property matches the posting and pictures. Easy communication and check in process. The kitchen has many utensils and appliances. Not big enough for a family of 4, although would definitely go back as a couple. Perfect location within walking distance to restaurants & shops!

My wife and I had a rejuvenated stay. The place was just as advertised and the surrounding area as fabulous. We will be coming back for a longer stay.

Cozy place to stay on the beach for vacation. Bed was comfortable, place was clean, quiet. Was so nice to walk out and be on the beach. Location close to restaurants, walking distance to bridge street (think that’s the name). Trolley pick up location in front of property.

We had a wonderful stay. You can’t beat the proximity to the beach or the 1/2 mile walk to bridge street. An additional mirror beyond just the bathroom would have been nice and some storage bins in the bedroom would be super useful. Overall we had a great stay and can’t wait to come back!

This is a beautifully maintained unit with a magnificent sunset view from the deck and immediate beach access. In mid-March the beach was not crowded at all. This location is what we come for. We loved cooking local seafood (Cortez Fishing village) in this well-equipped kitchen, but there are several good close-by restaurants as well. There is a casual, friendly vibe here and our host was responsive. The access-code door made it easy for either of us to come and go without worrying about losing a key. But there is a back-up key box just in case. It was just the stay we were hoping for!

Great location to all the shops and restaurants for just a short walk, but just so fabulous to watch the ocean all day long and the sun set. Everything in the unit is upgraded and comfortable. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful few days with the soft white sand steps from our door and the convenience of dining and entertainment within walking distance! The owner was quick to respond and extremely helpful throughout our stay!

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was immaculately clean, appliances and such modern and brand new, the decor beachy and the views serene. The location had us in the middle of the island and every place we chose to venture to was easily accessible by foot (walk) or bike.

Great getaway with my wife. The place was clean and we were right on the beach. There were plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Absolutely adorable! Decor was so charming and I was pleased that it looked exactly how it appeared online.

Please be aware. Your view is actually from behind a staircase. The images provided are of the unit next door. This is a very clean beautiful property….. But the noise from the other guests using the stairway all hours of the day/night got to be very annoying. If I knew my view was of staircases, I would not have booked this property. I booked this property for a peaceful getaway. It was not that. If you are excited to use the jetted tub. Be mindful the water heater is very small and you will only be able to fill the tub just below the jets before it turns colds. You will then have to wait another 10-15 minutes for the water heater to catch up to finish filling the tub. If you enjoy looking at staircases and lots of chaos from travelers going up and down them..this unit is for you!

First trip to Ana Maria Island and loved ease of getting to the property and being right on the beach. Condo very clean, furnished with needed essentials, and decorated with beach theme which was a definite plus! Property owner quick to answer all of my emails and questions. Will go here again!

This property is the nicest location my wife and I have stayed at in our 5 trips to the Island. The location is beautiful and the place was a perfect set up with a very nice interior with all the comforts needed. Would certainly book here again!!

This is a fantastic condo with an incredible beachfront. My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and the setting could not have been more perfect. Steps away from a cool beachfront bar/restaurant. Property manager was extremely friendly, responsive and accommodating. Would give six stars if I could.

Our room was small but nice. The view was blocked by the trees so that was a little disappointing. It would have been nice to have a directory of eating places in walking distance.
