The room is nicely furnished. Stable wifi so I can work. The staff is friendly.

There were only 2 pillows. I was thinking of 4. The door lock of the balcony was broken but the staff reassured us that it would be safe. No place to hang wet towels/clothes.

VIP room on level 2 was great value with the discounted price.

The room is very spacious. The staff were accommodating. The location is excellent, you can walk to the beach and all the local food stores.

Minor details could be fixed. Like the armchair, details are peeling off.

disagree with the hotel asking for a 50% deposit through their own account number. We had to pay the difference fee to choose to pay directly without a card but the hotel still asked us to deposit 50-100% of the room rate to keep the room. Even though we had a deal with the hotel that we would keep the room for me without paying because I went at a time when it was not a busy time but I still don't feel your hotel did the right thing because the policy is different from what you guy are showing on Booking

The cleaners were amazing

Reception charged for early check in, and then over charged me 700k dong. Was also a sour look on her face everything we went past her , how about the Reception woman spend less time on her stupid nails and more time on how a hospitality person is meant to be with guests, you're charging way to much money for only a room , and a pitiful pool. There's no restaurant, gym ,mini bar. No milk for coffee. No where to hang towels. No out furniture for the balcony. You're a 1 star hotel at best, also the owner is noisy, drawing chairs on there floor ,can also hear the neighbours TV.the hotel is not on the beach front ,the beach it's near is bad as well, Rubbish everywhere and sad to see .
