This VRBO was the perfect retreat in Stowe! The property was not only beautifully designed but also exceptionally clean and comfortable. It had everything we could possibly need and more. Just a short walk from the heart of Stowe, it was convenient to stroll or bike into town for dining and shopping. The garage was ideal for securely storing our bikes, and being the only unit in the building, it offered a peaceful, secluded atmosphere. The balcony was a lovely bonus, perfect for unwinding after a long hike. Our only regret was not having more time here – we’ll definitely be back!

We were attending the Taste of New England at Stowe and this was the perfect location. We enjoyed the quiet setting and the balcony in the evenings. We enjoyed our ability to walk to the downtown area with all the great shops to check out. The kitchen was well stocked we were able to make our breakfast each morning and work remotely as we needed to. A fantastic place to stay, play and relax!!

This gorgeous townhouse is a few minutes walk from the heart of Stowe. I can not rave enough about the lovely accommodations! There is a furnished balcony also for relaxing. The washer & dryer were useful to have on-site. You have your own garage. Anne checked in with us to make certain our stay was pleasant. Would stay again!!! (Note: Must be able to climb stairs.)

The unit was clean, well decorated, well organized and it was obvious that the owner took pride in their property.

Modern on Main exceeded our expectations! My wife and I just spent an enjoyable week in Stowe. The townhome was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well supplied and had high end appliances. The home has plenty of storage space and the garage was a big plus for storing sleds, snowboards and skis, not to mention our car.
It is a very short walk to the center of town for dining and shopping. The owner, Anne, responded quickly to my questions about good places to eat and local attractions.
Anne also provided an excellent binder on how to work things in the home and dining recommendations and attractions. IT was so nice to come back to the townhouse after being out all day and have a glass of wine by the fireplace! We would not hesitate to rent Modern on Main again. In fact, I would give it 10 stars.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at this place! The location was perfect and just a short walk into the town. The accommodations were lovely and we had everything we could possibly need to be comfortable! The owner was very helpful and checked in while we were there to make sure all was well. Entire home was extremely clean!!! Lots of nice details that made our stay enjoyable. Access to the garage was a nice feature. The gas “wood stove” in the main living area was wonderful!

Excellent location and an easy few minute walk to the village center.

Anne’s home is wonderful! The atmosphere is modern, well supplied and comfortable. The cleanliness was impeccable and is truly located a 3-5 minute walk from the center of Stowe. We recommend this property to any couple looking for a getaway!

My wife and I planned this return visit to Stowe after loving our first visit a decade earlier. We picked Anne's place to stay because it was a great fit for what we were looking for. We were absolutely pleased with the beautiful condo, lovely interior decor, convenient location and Anne's responsiveness to every question. Check-in and departure were made perfectly easy. This property is beautiful. My family and I came to visit Stowe for a few days and I can tell you next time we do we will book the same place. Stowe Getaway
We’ve stayed in Stowe many times and we will definitely stay at Anne’s place again. For a couple’s getaway…where you don’t want to part with half a year’s salary, her place is absolutely ideal. Everything is new, immaculate and a lovely, warm decor. Everything works superbly, from the AC to the soft towels and comfy bedding. A short 5 minute stroll and you’re on Main Street.

Beautiful Stowe one bedroom condo
What an amazing place! Has everything you need! Mini splits are great, furniture all cozy, great vibe, appliances all high end, beautifully decorated, and homeowner very responsive to questions if needed. I would highly recommend the place for your vacation to Stowe!
