100% the perfect place to stay for events near Keeneland and LEX airport. We were so close. The home was perfectly appointed and had little extras everywhere. Things other VRBO's have left one of, like garbage bags, were stocked. Extra towels were available too. Only thing we Floridians could have asked for was a bit warmer temp. We wanted to use the back deck, but it was too chilly. Easy to get in and out. Locks even automatically locked behind you. Awesome security feature. I am sure had we needed anything Phyllis would have been there to help. Her responses to questions wrre always quick. I will recommend this home and hopefully come back in the future.

The home was very nice and clean. More space than expected. The neighborhood was quiet. The only problem we encountered was the tv in the basement wouldn't play without a password that we weren't given. It was not a big problem because we didn't watch a lot of tv, but it would have been nice to use it when we tried. Other than that, the house was amazing.

When we arrived the home seemed to be in a great neighborhood. Once inside, we found it to be dreamy. There were snacks left for us and the house was amazing. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for our family of 7.
I loved the bathrooms. They were very recently updated and everything there was so n point.
The neighborhood felt safe but was also in a perfect location.
We had no complaints or suggestions. This was the most perfect vacation we ever have taken. Definitely don’t skip over this one.
The only downside is we couldn’t stay longer.

Home was perfect for a group showing at KY horse park. Clean, convenient, comfortable. Hope to stay again

The house was clean and pretty well stocked. Had some treats when we arrived. Only complaint was there is no cable TV. We wanted to watch football and had to cast our phones which was not ideal. Otherwise everything was close to perfect. Good location for Keeneland and bourbon trail

Our family is originally from KY but have scattered out. We met for a Big Blue - all things KY weekend. The 4 bedroom house was perfect for our group of 7. We will definitely rent again when in the area.

Great for visiting the in laws. Large comfortable house in nice neighborhood with amenities. Well stocked kitchen. Large refrigerator. Two living spaces so we could watch different things at the same time. Would highly recommend.
