Great little spot not far from downtown Ocean Springs. Spacious living area & kitchen. Only downside is the train tracks honestly, otherwise really good stay!

This cottage was perfect for our family of 4. The cottage was one of the cleanest rentals we have ever stayed in. The cottage is just how it’s pictured on VRBO. The rooms are huge and there is a nice large family/dining room open space. The location of the cottage was perfect for us. Restaurants, a grocery store, and beaches are 5 minutes away. Biloxi was less than 15 minutes. The host was very informative giving us a list of favorite restaurants and things to do in the area. There is a train that runs across the street but it was not bothersome and would not be a deterrent to rent this cottage again. This was a great place to stay in Ocean Springs.

The cottage layout was great for our group of five. The kitchen had everything needed for meal prep and cooking. The shower had great water pressure. The front porch was plenty big for the kids to play on. Bed were very comfortable. The Roku had all of the popular streaming services. The cottage is a little out of walking distance from downtown for me and my wife (we're old), but the price was right. Highly recommend it!

The home was great. Two BRs and full-sized kitchen, bath, LR, and DR. Well stocked. Nice front porch with rockers. Great fenced-in back yard for dogs. Close to town, but not really "walking distance" (a mile?). Great dinner at Maison de Lu. Private. Quiet -- except for the freight trains that come 3-4 times a day (and occasionally at night) and blow their horns. If you are not used to being around trains, it might be a shock. We actually find the rumble and the road crossing signals (two long, one short and one long) quaint, even romantic. This home is in a town, not in the countryside, so expect more noise and lights. Ocean Springs itself is charming. Also, it's worth the short drive over the bridge to Biloxi. Visit the Katrina Memorial, the Visitors Center, Jefferson Davis' home on the far side - it sheds a different light on his role in the Civil War. Enjoy CS -- we did.

First of all the pictures on of the home on VRBO do not do it justice! The home is beautiful and very clean and welcoming. When we arrived, I was unable to get into the home because I believed the code wasn’t working. Found out that I’m an idiot and was entering the code wrong or something. I called the owner and they were there in less than an hour to get me in. Which actually worked out perfectly because we had to go shopping for food to cook while we were there. We did have an issue with the AC not working on the first night. I called and talked with the owner and they had the AC fixed that afternoon which was a surprise due to I can’t get that kind of service on my own home. The location of the home is perfect because you are so close to the down town shops and about 3 miles from the Casinos. I will recommend this home to my friends and family that may visit Ocean Springs MS. We had a great time visiting the Mississippi Gulfk Coast and enjoyed our little vacation.

Enjoyed our second visit to Ocean Springs. House Clean with large kitchen. Not well equipped for long visit.
Living room seating comfortable and TV connection and WiFi good.
*Dingy towels and wash clothes (white)
*Floors showed many soft spots and felt unsafe.
*Outside unkept and with very dirty siding.
*Cats living under house and crying constantly
*Fight broke out on street in front of house.

House was fabulous! Very clean and spacious. Very close to all the fun thinks in Ocean Springs!! Host was very accommodating and easy to work with. Will rent again

Spacious, clean, and comfortable. Light and airy with plenty of towels, sheets, blankets etc. You should be aware that train tracks are nearby, but we did not find that to be a problem. About a mile from the heart of downtown
Ocean Springs. Lots of fun shopping and good food. We enjoyed the Walter Anderson museum very much. There are many interesting things to see and do in the area.

Home was clean with many provided amenities. Clean bedding, well equipped kitchen, ample parking, and close to many local restaurants. An easy drive to casinos and beaches. Close to an active railroad track. Lots of shopping and eateries within walking distance.
Nice fenced in backyard for a small pet but the fence does have a couple of small escape points.
Would be a nice upgrade if there was a tv and dresser in the master.

My wife and i had a great stay, not far from government street at all with great stores and places to eat. The trains will catch you off guard but i grew up not far from rail road tracks so it didnt bother me. Clean house and spacious was perfect for my wife and I.

We loved this place. Everything was perfect down to the last tiny detail. It was beautiful. The location was perfect. The train comes thru multiple times a day and night but it did not bother us.
It was very spacious and we loved the fenced back yard. We plan on making this a monthly trip.

Overall the property was nice, the inside not as clean as you would expect, the train directly across the street is loud, from midnight to 6 am train passed by 4 times. House is in good location with short distance from Ocean Springs downtown area.

Comfortable, spacious house with ample off street parking. Easy walk to East Beach through pleasant neighborhood. Short walk to downtown Ocean Springs with great shopping and restaurants. Nicely decorated, cozy with lots of extras. Stayed 6 nights. We hope to return here. The owners respond very quickly to queries.

Very clean, spacious cottage, close to downtown os and beach. Large parking, big plus for big trucks. Train does run alot at night, after the 1st night you get a little used to it. Owners forgot to send key code. Had to call after arrival for it, but it was good . Immediate response. Mistakes happen. We are all human. Great stay.

This place is adorable! Pictures don’t do it justice on this app. The location is really nice and convenient, you are right next to food and stores. The train I noticed a few times. The first night it was really loud and ran 5-6 times. Second night I only heard it once! We brought our 6 month old, and the train didn’t wake him up at all.
The back yard is big and completely fenced, great for animals and kids. It is perfectly priced, considering the noise!

It’s location is perfect; close to the beach, close to night life if you’d like, close to everything but quiet enough to sleep well. There is a train that goes by once or twice a day, not too distracting. The property owners are kind and communicative. It made our first vacation as a family of 4 amazing

Party of 3 adults came to visit family in Biloxi for a long weekend. This house is 2 bedroom 1 bath, but the rooms are all spacious and the ceilings are very high so we were very comfortable and had plenty of room to move. We didn’t cook but the kitchen is also very large.
The location of this house is very close to downtown Ocean Springs. It is definitely within walking distance or you could rent a golf cart! Biloxi and the casinos are an easy 10-15 minute drive.
As other reviews mentioned, the train tracks are within a stones throw of the house so you hear the trains a few times a day, however, if you have children that like trains it would be a very cool adventure to stay here!
Overall, we would stay again!

Wonderful place. We arrived very late and were pleased to find that the place was well lit for us, inside and out. The keypad was very convenient for access. It was nice to find a pitcher of filtered water prepared in the fridge. We enjoyed the vintage victrola and vinyl records, and relaxed on the rocking chairs on the porch with tea in the morning and wine at night. The furnishing and amenities provided everything that we needed. I would definitely stay here again when returning to the area. Thank you to the hosts for answering my questions in a very timely manner, and for providing us with these levely accomodations.

The property was in a nice area, it was very clean and decorated nicely. The train was a bit annoying and kept waking everyone up. There wasn’t much to do in the area, I think we just showed up too early in the season. It’s a short drive to New Orleans and Fairhope, AL-we loved both!

We were apprehensive about the property. Just seeing pictures, you really don’t know for sure. But this is a gem and we were not disappointed. It’s clean and well prepared with everything we needed. The decor is charming. The rooms were bright and airy. Quiet neighborhood. There are trains that pass through the area. But the sound did not disturb us. Just added to the charm. We recommend this and we definitely want to stay there again.

Nice roomy place! We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the front porch. They were good for drinking coffee and wine! Our little dog enjoyed the fenced in back yard.

Second time we’ve stayed at this cozy property. . Nice fenced yard for the dog. Kitchen has everything you need. Great location. Quick and easy to get to down town OS and Biloxi. Lots of good places to eat. The host are quick to get back if you have questions. Would definitely recommend this VRBO.
