Breakfast was not quickly available but good when arrived ; disappointed that the 3d pancake maker was broken . why change something simple that works return to the old fashioned waffle maker. Nice swimming pool

The room was good but tired with stains on the ceiling, the lift was ok but lift shaft when the doors were open showed lack of attention

Friendly staff. Good size room. Liked varied lighting options. Easy to find.

Temp too warm. Bathroom small, aged, tiles cracked. Traffic noise.

Breakfast was great. They had scamble eggs, bacon, gravy and biscuits. Also, more of an assortment of cereal, fruit, milk, juice, bagels, and more. Mary, at the front desk was very helpful and thoughtful. Especially when I told her our situation of our pipe bursting underneath our home, and we have no air conditioner, due to getting repairs done. This was very peaceful, cool and comforting place to stay. This place felt like home away from home. Thank you very much everyone at Best Western Inn in Sycamore, IL.

My wife and I booked this stay because after booking at another nearby "motel", I read their reviews and they were awful! So, I scrambled and found this one and we were both SO happy we did! The staff that we encountered were great and the room was clean and comfortable.

We only stayed from about 10 PM until about 10am, so we didn't have any complaints. The hotel is older, but they've renovated recently, it seems.

Breakfast was standard fare, but well stocked. The facility was very very clean. I told the desk clerk that hospitality/ cleaning staff was excellent.
