Struttura nuova, pulita e arredata con gusto. Check in e check out senza problemi. Carmen molto cortese e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo anche al bar proprio accanto alla struttura, gestita dalla stessa famiglia, con dolci spaziali. Buon lavoro!

The staff (Carmen) was super nice and accommodating. Let us store our luggage after we checked out, and helped us with transportation and food. Really were top-notch service. So close to the archaeological site and the associated train station. Easy walk, and plenty of food options around the corner. Great base for exploring the ruins.

One flat pillow per person. No headboards upstairs, so what pillows you have… you lose.

El personal y lo elevada de la multa por llegar una tarde al check in. Demasiado abusiva la tarifa por llegar tarde. La persona nos cobró 60 euros por esperar una hora.

As mentioned several times, our taps are correctly marked with the respective colors for hot water and cold water. Having said that, I think you are two false people, I'm tired of still having to explain. I also want to remind you that you asked for check-in from 3pm to 4pm but you showed up two hours late without even notifying me, I waited eliminating my other commitments. I don't seem to have received an apology for this and I don't have to apologize for the lack of hot water because it's absolutely not true.I consider all this closed. I hope to never meet you again.」 請求金額が80ユーロであったと主張していますが、間違いなく81ユーロでした。 宿泊施設のCarmenさんは、カードを受け取るとすぐにタッチ決済で、支払いをしてしまったため、事前に金額を確認し、PIN入力することはできませんでした。 私たちは、不安に思い何度も繰り返しレシートのコピーが欲しいとCarmenさんに訴えたところ、手書きで領収書（嘘の金額は80ユーロ）を面倒くさそうに書きました。 事実、81ユーロのクレジットカード会社からの明細があがってきており、その明細を添付します。 お湯が出ない問題について。Carmenさんは2階に住んでいるとのことを返信していますが、どこに住んでいようと関係ないです。 問題はお湯の位置でシャワーから水しか出なかったときに、すぐに駆けつけられる場所にいたかどうかが重要なのであって、Carmenさんが何処に住んでいるかに意味はありません。 Carmenは写真を見るように言いますが、この写真では分かりませんね。 とにかく、シャワーを浴びるため裸でいるわけですからね。最寄りのスタッフに声をかけるのは当たり前の話で、Carmenさんに連絡しなかったことで、私たちが非難される理由はありません。 すぐに駆け付けられるのであれば、18時頃チェックインの時、Carmenさんが登場するまで、30分待たされることはありませんからね。 私たちが、どのような状況であるか、ほんの少しだけ想像すれば分かるはずなのですがね。 とにかく、Carmenさんほ早く請求金額の誤りを認めて、返金してください。 VISAカード本社、またはBooking.comを通じて返金請求をしています。 オーナーは、Carmenさんが、このような嘘の返信を続けていることを知っているのでしょうか。 もう一つ、クレジットカードが使えないことを伝えるため。電話をかけたと書いていますが、私の電話履歴には残っておりません。 電話が通じなければ、Booking.comのメッセージに残すべきです。 他の宿泊客（ドイツ語）が2023年12月31日にクレジットカードで支払えず、現金で支払うことになり、このことは誰も知らなかった。 ドイツ語原文「「Kartengerät wohl defekt also musste ich Bargeld abholen, jedoch wusste niemand was von der Bezahlung..」 私たちが旅行する前からクレジットカード器械の不具合が分かっていたはずです。 今まで、さんざん私にメッセージを残しているくせに、この時だけはメッセージに残さないなんて不自然です。おそらく、電話をかけたということも嘘でしょう。 他の悪いレビューをしている宿泊客に対する返信と同様に、私にも宿泊施設から嘘の返信がありましたため、ここに書き込みました。

Aloje solo una noche aquí. Queda muy cerca de la estación de trenes Pompei Scavi, aproximadamente 5 minutos caminando de las excavaciones. Carmen es amable, con disposicion a ayudar y orientar sobre la ciudad.

Se podría mejorar teniendo un menú con las cosas que incluye el desayuno asociado a la estancia. Pedí una cosa en la cafetería donde se sirve el desayuno que no estaba incluído y lo tuve que pagar, no fue costoso pero es algo que podría estar mejor explicado.

Very friendly host, nice room and bathroom, comfortable bed, kettle and a small fridge in the room. Very near to the entrance to the ruins and to the railway station.

There was indeed some noise from the passing trains ( not at night) and the highway. It wasn't really disturbing, though.

If you are looking for accommodation close to the railway station and the entrance to Pompeii, this is the best option. Italian breakfast (coffee and croissant).
